DiscountMugs Arvostelua

First of all, when I placed my order, I did not get any notification of who was delivering my order or a date of deliverance. The tracking bar on the website does not work at all, leading me call about my order and where it was. She told me it was already delivered and yet, I did not receive any notification that it was delivered. She then told me to go onto amazon shipping where it showed the updates and delivery photo. This would have been good to know in the beginning, that it was going through amazon shipping yet they fail to mention it. I looked on the amazon shipping page where I did see the updates but there was no delivery picture. Right now I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me back because apparently, they didn't have one available. Not really liking Discounted Mugs right now. They need to get it together.

Superior product, superior service, fair price.

This service is outstanding!

I have loved purchasing through discount mugs. Working with Kent has been so easy!! Kent has been able to guide me through each step of the process providing me with the ultimate white glove service for our purchases. The shipping times are wonderful, and we also receive our items fast and orderly and more importantly done right! Thank you to Kent and the team.

Josephine was so helpful and understanding.
She understood that I was on a shoestring budget.
We are working on our 60th Class Reunion.

Josephine was most helpful in placing my order. She was very courteous.

The chat person was SO helpful. Josephine I would not have been able to get it done. Plus the rush shipping was exactly what I needed.

Following up on my previous review, now that I've received my order: it arrived a few days sooner than expected, and looks exactly how I was hoping it would look! The color of the mugs is just like the photos, and the printed graphic is incredibly legible. Super happy with this purchase, with the turnaround time, and with all the customer support. Thank you to James Garcia who helped me out!

Josephine is very helpful and excellent services. Thank you!

Madonna, was thorough and direct. And completed my purchase with ease.

Quick and easy. As I am crunching for time for field day souvenirs, your chat assistant was very helpful. Also, I appreciate being able to use the tax exemption form. 50$ off gave me a smile also.

Support was available very quickly. They asked a couple basic questions and in minutes had my logo redesigned for the format needed. My shipping options were readily available and met my deadline without rush shipping. The ordering process was so easy and efficient even with the design team involved.

Patrick was an excellent representative.. very patient and helpful!!

I was trying to place a custom order on my own and got side-tracked and a bit frustrated, lol. Patrick reached out and took care of everything! I simply told him what I was looking for and he sent me options. He made it so easy! He's my person now!

Talking with a sales team representative was a smooth process. They were able to accommodate my request for a personalized hardcover journal. Thank you Discount Mugs!

Patrick was very helpful and accommodating. My order was placed with no issues.

With the prices this might seem like a scam company but its not. I've dealt with a lot of different promo producers for various events and its always scary whether or not you'll get your items on time and they'll be what the picture shows. I have done a few orders with DiscountMugs. Cups turned out nice and now ordering tote bags. I haven't received my bag order yet but "Patrick" has been very fast and helpful with suggestions within my price range.

I just experienced wonderful assistance with ordering custom mini luggage tags for my son’s 30th birthday! I was lucky to work with Josephine and I could not have been happier. She provided me with professional expert design and proofs for my order, in a timely manner. I’m very appreciative of all her help! I will definitely return to DM! Thank you! Kama

Please think twice before ordering from this company. I received my order and it was illegible. I was promised a new shipment would be sent out overnight in time for my event. Promises were not kept and my order did not arrive. My guests were left with no favors for a very important family event. I was then promised a refund within 2-3 business days. It currently has been 7 days and I am still waiting. I keep hearing "we're sorry" - I thought for a company like this would have better customer service. It has been a horrendous experience and I will never order from here again and advise everyone I know not to as well.

Hands down best experience ever! I learned that my deadline to get these to the event planner had been moved up and I panicked. While negotiating a deal, I was trying to order these bags, with little to no preparation. Wow! Patrick was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, shifted when I needed, making suggestions all along the way and never once making me feel like a bother with all my changes. The end result... exactly what I was aiming for. Better! And... I'm getting them on time! THANKS PATRICK!

Josephine was very professional, friendly, helpful and prompt with her responses, from layout drafts to quotes and a final invoice. It was very easy to work with her and get my order submitted quickly so that I could receive the products by my deadline.
