I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, as I understand that mistakes can happen. However, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.

I purchased a canopy for my Ford Ranger which was advertised as including an internal light. This was particularly important to me as I regularly work night shifts and needed the light to work from the back of my truck. After purchasing it, I was informed that the canopy didn’t actually come with an internal light and that this had been an error in the listing.

To their credit, they offered to send me a roof rack as an apology, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, when the roof rack arrived, it was missing the brackets/fixtures required to actually fit it to my truck, meaning I’m now left with a canopy without the light I originally purchased it for, and a roof rack that I’m unable to use.

I’m very grateful for the effort they have made to try and resolve the situation, and I do appreciate the customer service I’ve received. However, the overall management of the situation has been extremely frustrating. Every attempt to resolve the original issue seems to have resulted in another problem.

I’m disappointed because I genuinely wanted to be happy with the purchase, but unfortunately I’m now left with neither of the things I actually needed. Great customer service in terms of communication, but unfortunately very poor management of the products and the situation.

Hi there haven't had the chance to get the side steps fitted yet but will be getting fitted in a bit and everything should be fine with the fitting kit i bought from you thanks George Cunningham

I had running boards fitted to my Audi Q7, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Trittbretter bestellt. Gefielen uns nicht, weil aus der Unterbodenverkleidung was rausgeschnitten werden müsste.
Ware innerhalb der 14 tägigen Frist zurückgeschickt. Behält 165€ ein weil der Verkäufer das Gutachten per Mail geschickt hat!
Was eine Abzocke!!!
Scheint es wohl dringend nötig zu haben das man so Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche zieht!
Armselig!
Kauft nur wenn ihr sicher seid das nicht zurück geschickt wird. Sonst wird es teuer!

I bought side steps for my car from Direct 4x4 and they arrived in a couple of days, are excellent quality and easy to fit. The before and after sales service is second to none and they reply promptly by email or you can speak to them on the phone, unlike a lot of other companies. Top class, don’t hesitate to use them.

The steps are thick steel and aluminium very easy to fit very strong and robust. The customer services are excellent too they even got back to me on Saturday evening the best steps I have ever fitted

Excellent product bought a 2x2m pull out awning for my medium wheel base van and it’s phenomenal; easy to set up and durable. Easy to put away too!

Appreciate the product and the delivery. The issue I have is with the lack of assembly instructions for my particular order. There are no instructions in the box, the online pictures are pretty vague and there is no YouTube video for it. ‘ The big one goes in the middle and the small ones at the end’ was not exactly helpful
