Shocking scammers! Don’t believe the warranties and guarantees! I received side bars with no damage to packaging, 20 days later I opened the box to fit to my new van and see a dent. They say should have claimed fault in 24 hours of receipt? I wasn’t in the country to receive and couldn’t check the order. Now they will not accept the claim when obviously it was damaged on packing and not in transmit as box was undamaged! I have been scammed by VANSTYLE! They offer £20 in compensation knowing they have sent damaged items!!

Order process was fine however item arrived with a clear shape defect. Colin from customer service wasn't really much help and then stopped replying. Apparently all his stock items cary the defect... so thats OK then!? Enquired about a refund but nothing. Very dissapointed as love the rear badge in Matt.

I found vanstyle on the internet the website was easy to use the ordering process was very simple, the price was very reasonable and the goods were delivered fast , the quality of the goods are excellent, I really can recommend the company enough from my own personal experience.

Ordered one set of window blinds and they fit our cupra perfectly. Ordered another set for my daughter’s car and one side seems to have too much material in and is sagging. I’ve emailed numerous times and they keep telling me to try things. None of the things they tell me to try is working so they are clearly not right! My emails are being ignored and I’ve also messaged them - no response! I have sent photos as well. Sumner is going to be over by the time this is resolved. This has been ongoing for nearly a month. Their customer service is non existent!

Mention it days ago never returned my call .
Didn’t apologise saying it was my fault ordered wrong part now have to pay to return it only want it changing .
Don’t worry lots more other companies out there wanting peoples vdub business .

I bought a Ford transit mk8 front lip spoiler which said it comes with fixings ,
When it arrived. There were no fixings in the box . I called the number on the website and spoke to a lady who by the sounds of it did not believe that they were missing .
She reluctantly said she would send some fixings out which I never received.
Be cautious when buying from this company

So, turns out I paid £63 for an empty box. I had ordered an Awning rail. Upon delivery I received nothing but an empty box. To say I was disappointed is beyond an understatement. This company scammed me out of £63. I received an invoice upon which it should state who picked and packed my order, both boxes are empty. A clear indication that this was an empty box when I received it. Despite my best attempt to contact the company and resolve the issue they have dragged their heels and refused to cooperate in any measure. I would avoid ever ordering anything from this company, unless of course you would like an empty box valued at £63.00. Disgusting.

I purchased a set of Front Door Sill Cover Guards for my van. The guards arrived quickly and were well packaged and when I offered them up to the van they fitted perfectly. It is important to use the cleaning wipe supplied to remove any dirt/grime from the bodywork before applying the guards. The tape secures each guard perfectly and they look great once fitted. I'm very pleased.
