Diamondparking Arvostelua 

This was recommended to me by a friend. This was really good service and would recommend to anyone. It was so easy, rang when 15mins from airport. A member of staff was waiting in the drop off area. They were very polite and friendly, all done quickly. On return, which was early hours of the morning, rang when coming out of airport and not too long later, they turned up with car. Again polite and friendly member of staff. All sorted quick and easily, great service at a good price. It was less than the airport silver service.

Great service, friendly staff and good value for money. We were met in the drop off / pick up area of Bristol Airport, which is a next to the terminal, with a quick and easy hand over. On return our flight was delayed and even though we arrived at 3am the car was returned and waiting for us to pick up as we walked out of the terminal. I would recommend Diamond.

Booking communication was good with prompt replies.

Drivers appeared promptly for collection and delivery but disappeared immediately on both occasions so there was no chance to check the car with him. One even missed the tip I was going to give for returning it so quickly!!

There were no bodywork checks on the car during collection, as I experienced with a similar service at Gatwick where the driver did a walk-round with me looking for damage. It was only when I stopped for fuel driving home that I noticed a sharp dink behind the rear passenger side door. Obviously from another car door. My car not even 2 years old, in excellent condition. I had washed and polished the car the day before and had driven directly from home. I am 100% sure the damage wasn’t there on delivery.

Diamond were very dismissive, telling me I should have taken photos of the car beforehand and I couldn’t prove it was them. There was no procedure for mutual inspection and recording existing damage. I doubt whether they would have acknowledged responsibility whatever evidence was presented. From what was up to then a positive experience, it became somewhat soured.

Quick and efficient, however, I would steer clear if you have a decent car that you don’t want damaged. Alternatively insist on a walk-round with signed declaration proving you are dropping off an undamaged car.

Speedy service, exactly as we were advised. When I had to change the Meet and Greet time from late morning to 3am because the airline changed the flight, Diamond Parking changed the booking immediately for me. Pick up was as arranged, collection was swift - all worked perfectly and car in same condition as we left it. Would recommend

Meet was great man literally waiting for us when we got into the car park. Followed instructions on return and ended up waiting 20 minutes in car park for car to be returned, car was in good condition when returned. Staff were very friendly and polite and easy to contact.
Will use again.

Extremly expensive - I paid for a 2h hour parking slot 30USD near Hualau (Big Island, Hawaii).

After I came back, I saw a notice on the front glass. I have to pay an additional fee for "improperly parking" 56USD if I paid in 5d or 98USD after 5d. (One Wheel was a bit over the line, but next to this site was no parking space... That is all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They are crushing cars. !Read the reviews!

We have used this company for years which is gutting because I just had my car returned to me with a crushed passenger side door.

The guy who dropped it off to me sped into the car park way too fast for anyone’s liking and very carelessly. He ignored me waving at him because he needed to park it the other way around so I wouldn’t notice the £5k worth of damage to my passenger door. As I ran around to the passenger door the man quickly distracted me by calling me over saying I needed to take my key and then threw my luggage in the car and rushed off. I rang them up right away and they said “send an email with photos” I did and their response was “ I’m sorry but your car was not damaged whilst in Diamond Parking care. We take no responsibility for this at all”

I feel completely mugged off. A £80 stay is now costing us thousands.

If you absolutely must use this company VIDEO you car upon collection and DO NOT take it away without a full inspection IN FRONT of that man who drops it off. Make him wait. Video everything.

But avoid if you can, pay a bit extra for a real company and better care of your car.

I will be contacting Bristol airport to request video evidence of it leaving the car park intact and returning crushed!

Do not use. I parked 2 cars with them, they crashed 1 and caused significant damage and have since ignored numerous emails and have not returned my calls. Very rude saying "it's my fault" and not theirs.
Also both cars were returned absolutely filthy.

Awful company I would advise to avoid. We landed just gone 3am in Bristol and rang them to come drop our car off. Almost 15 minutes had gone by and no car, then I had a ring off them to say they were parked in the meet and greet car park and had been there for 10 minutes. I looked again but could not see my car, I rang them to question this, they rudely replied ‘don’t you know your own car’ . It turns out that they had brought the wrong vehicle. After realising this I had no apology, they just admitted there had been a ‘miss understanding’. They then brought the right vehicle about 25 minutes after I originally called them. Understandably after waiting in the cold and rain with two young children we were not in the best of moods and had a weak half assed apology. When we questioned about a possible refund the guy said that he came within 20 minutes (even though he wasn’t ) so we would get nothing and was very dismissive to the point that my wife got upset and raised her voice. He then started berating her saying ‘stop shouting at me woman’ until he walked off sarcastically saying ‘have a lovely journey home’. Overall the driver lacked any sort of customer service skills and empathy and was incredibly rude which is the last thing we needed after a long journey home, I would avoid at all costs.

3rd time using Diamond meet and greet at Bristol Airport.
Cannot fault the service provided!
Called 10 minutes before arriving at the airport and staff were ready and waiting for us.

Same story the other end, called when luggage was collected and our car was ready and waiting.

Excellent service every time, will not use any other company at Bristol.

Fast and efficient. Friendly drivers. Airport was super busy and they made it quick and efficient. I could see from my airtag that the car was parked very close to the airport when we were away. Impressive service.
