After checking many company's for a quote for replacement boiler I came across Domestic & General heating and could not believe the price I was offered they fitted the new boiler within three days of my order and have had no problems with it at all, I am so happy with the serviice that I am giving them the contract to do the annual service, in my opinion you can't go wrong with this company

I was very happy with D&G in relation to my purchase and fitting of a new Central heating boiler. From the initial phone contact and consultation to the actual fitting I was very impressed.Viable and relevant advice and help were offered at every stage of the process. The fitting of the equipment was seamless and very professional, The fitter arrived bang on time and didn't stop working until the job was finished (around 4 hours ) He made no mess and on completion totally explained the whole system effectively. Their was no unexpected extra's and at no point did I feel pressurised to purchase anything I didn't require. Over all I am very satisfied both with the price and the service.

From the first interaction with D&G heating, right the way through to the installation, I found the staff to be very pleasant, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. The quote was provided for the removal of my old system and installation of the new boiler which was completed without any hidden extra costs. D&G heating also offered me different financing options which was helpful for me to spread the cost. All in all, I'm very happy to have used their services and I would definitely recommend.

After several quotes for a new boiler as my old one was completely dead and being told it would be a few weeks to fit. I called dg heating explained that we had no heating or hot water. They gave me the best quote I’d had so far for the same deal and said they will fit next day. The two People that fitted boiler was very pleasant and clean. Protecting all carpets up the stairs and made all clean and tidy after fitting boiler. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

The boiler installation was carried out professionally and swiftly and the guys cleaned up after and gave a good demonstration at the end of the job. The price was good too! Excellent job.

The project was discussed in full. Then I found that I had made mistakes about the type of boiler needed and the gas supply pipe. A revised plan was made, no problem. Two days before installation our immersion heater failed and we were without hot water; so I asked if they could install a new immersion heater while installing the new boiler? Two engineers arrived on time and did a very thorough job of installing the new boiler, a Magnaclean filter to protect it AND a new immersion heater. The system was checked very fully, everything was explained, all necessary certificates were given and the old boiler and its mess was completely removed. All this was done and tested in 3 hours. The price for this excellent work and equipment was way below London prices. I am delighted that Domestic and General Heating of Wolverhampton are willing to undertake the yearly servicing.

8 months on my complete new system is still Brilliant.

There was a small hiccup with a single pipe needing to be moved 10 cm
because of ergonomics for the new kitchen cupboard - they were back very quickly, no quibble. Would highly recommend.
7 guys - one day- the Whole lot done - 11 radiators, new boiler +++

AJ & his team removed an old boiler from lower part of my home and position it in the upper part of my home.
They made little mess and were very informative when they were doing the work.
The procedure took around 5 hours and they even spent time telling me how the best sufficient way to my boiler.

Peaceful, reliable, professional service

I discovered Domestic & General heating on internet while searching for better quotes. Their site has a smart calculator for an immediate quote, which looked so much cheaper than quotes I have received.

I had a few chats with Ajay to be sure I am making a right choice going ahead with an installation with this company as they are located over 2 hours away from me. Ajay is incredibly patient and goes out of his way to leave a customer satisfied before any commitment.

I had to replace old regular boiler with a combination and relocate it from the kitchen to airing cupboard to release some space in the kitchen. This was relatively complicated and lengthy job.

After installation is completed I have to say that I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Whole installation was finished in one day, comparing to other offers of 2-3 days. I have 10 years labour and parts warranty compared to other offers of 6-7 years.

Installers were brilliant in every way: very organized, professional, trustworthy, friendly, tidy and punctual.

After installation customer service is outstanding too.

I recommend this company from all my heart to anyone interested in peaceful, reliable, professional service.

COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER!!!

These guys couldnt have been better, no messing about, came to estimate when they were booked in for, turned up on time didnt muck about wasting hours of the day, the quote was a few thousand cheaper than others with 9 less days estimated for the works than other local firms, i had one quote for 10 days two blokes these guys were 1 day 4 blokes... couldnt beat it!!! I was sceptical of the turnaround time at first but these guys came recommended by a friend who had used them twice before, once in Kent and once in the Midlands, and both times did a good job, on the day these guys turned up and got on with it, apart from the new rads and boiler you wouldnt of known they had been in, carpets back down and furniture back where it was before they arrived, just cause it was done in a day it doesnt mean it was rushed i was rather impressed with the workmanship of the exposed pipework where it came from under the kitchen units around the corner of the room and into a recess of the kitchen extension, theres 3 corners all the pipes are straight and uniform round the corners, we havent even boxed them in as they look great! We had a full central heating install as we had blown hot air previously and all was done in a day they even took the old system out and away, but when you dont have 10 tea breaks and 15 smoke breaks a day thats what you can do i guess, these guys really worked their socks off and just got on with it!!! I would recommend to friends and family and if we ever move and need another install these guys will be the only call i’ll make!!!

The chaps turned up bang on time, they were courtious, and did everything they said they were going to do, overall a quite painless and pleasant experience

Fantastic Service, D and G got us out of a tight spot over the winter and now we have a shiny, effcient and wireless combi boiler. The cost was much much better than i expected, the engineers were super quick and effcient.

I can honestly say im suprised by how good and hassle free the whole job was, which is why i am so emphatic with this review.
