we needed a new boiler for our rented property. We were quoted a really good rate by this company. Staff was very helpful and professional. They were able to fit a new boiler in at a very short notice. Engineer turned up on time and cleaned up the area on his departure and before leaving explained everything to our tenants. we even got an extended warranty! Highly recommend it and we will be using them in future for our plumbing needs!

We needed to get a replacement boiler for out tenants urgently. All the quote we got were for lesser branded boilers. When we called DG they gave us the same price for a Worcester bosch and fitted it within a few days of confirming the order.. great service and great price. Thanks Saz..

Excellent service from initial phone call to finished job. Everything i was quoted for over the phone was done at the price quoted even though my installation involved more work on the day ie; the flu had to be moved higher, the kitchen cupboard base had to be cut, my header tank valve was faulty and some of the rads had to be disconnected and cleaned after as some debris had got into the pipework. The brothers Shahab and Yawad who carried out the work were professional,polite,tidy, trustworthy and a pleasure to have working in my home. They are a credit to the business, so well done and i have already recommended you to 3 customers of mine. Paul

Outstanding from start to finish. From moment I called Saz she talked through my needs and had quote with me within 30 mins (lower and far quicker than everyone else). Ajay then called me to talk through all my requirements and assured me on certain points I was unsure of. On the day Jawad and his brother arrived on time (coming from Birmingham to London for 8am) and worked hard all the through until completion. 6hrs with no breaks. They cleaned up along the way and showed me how to use boiler and smart thermostat before leaving. Excellent from start to finish and far more reliable than other companies I had spoken to who I found unreliable. Your company and your people are a credit to the industry.

Absolutely brilliant service at a very good price for a Worcester and Bosch boiler. Ajay the sales guy delivered on every thing promised so far just waiting on my two year guarantee. I was being quoted £2000 t0 £2500 for exactly the same boiler and same job as what Domestic and general provided for £1700. Shahab the installer was very polite and friendly and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. He left everything how he found it also. I can not recommend this company enough.

A new Worcester Bosch 30i greenstar boiler fitted within 1 day of calling D + G.
My boiler was condemned ( it was 20yrs old) on the Friday and by Sat a new one was installed .
I was pleased with the speedy response from D + G Heating, the guys worked quickly and cleanly and were finished in 4.5 hrs.

The process was smooth and efficient. The fitters turned up on time and completed the work in the anticipated 5 hour time period we were quoted.

Made appointment within 2 days. Arrived on time, changed boiler, tidied up and checked taps etc. Explained mobile thermostat in detail. Very happy with service and will use again. I recommed this company.

The quote I received was immediate and competitive. The installation is guaranteed for 10 years. They were able to install the boiler the following week. The two man team were professional in their approach to the job and also personable. The standard of workmanship was excellent as far as I can see and they cleaned up after themselves. What's not to like.

Our old boiler packed in two days before Christmas - after having difficulty finding a good engineer over Christmas we called out British Gas for an estimate. Once we had recovered (British Gas Silly Money ££££ !) we sought other quotes and were pleased to find Domestic and General Heating Ltd Ajay provided a quick and detailed quote at a reasonable price and was very helpful in pushing through this job very quickly for us (two days from weekend call). There is also a 10 year guarantee on the Worcester boiler included (unlike British Gas's 5 year and then expensive service contract!)
The engineers Fawad and Jawad arrived exactly on schedule - one discussed the job in detail while the other was preparing and then they worked non-stop until it was completed. They were very organised, efficient and helpful and explained the system and it's operation well on completion. They were very pleasant and left everything clean and tidy. I was very impressed by the excellent way that they completed this work so efficiently - thank you!
£100 booking deposit and then final payment was professionally dealt with on completion and receipt received by email within just a couple of minutes.
So just awaiting the final certificates in the post and all in all a very good experience of Domestic and General Heating and I would recommend them highly.
