Ed (Del Boy) is a credit to your company
Ed (Del Boy) was absolutely brilliant! So welcoming and instantly made us feel so comfortable without any pressure to make a purchase. He answered all our questions and explained everything perfectly! Even took the trouble in explain how the recliner is built and gave us the reassurance they’ll be safe for our kittens! Amazing experience at the Watford…

Our advisor 2HW - Daniel was excellent, and friendly throughout our purchase, carefully and with precision explained all of the details of the product, how to care for it, and general information for daily use of the product after delivery.
He explained about the delivery, final payment conditions and how notification would be received via email,for final payment either at any store or online.
He explained how the installation would be handled by the delivery and installation team.
We would add that he is a credit to the store and your business, excellent customer approach.
