I can't find the girls name anywhere who helped us in Stirling store but she had light hair with glasses and tattoos, she was absolutely great with helping me and my partner get all the information we needed on the couch we ended up purchasing, she made us feel at ease and not like we were making a £2000+ order! She is a credit to your team.

Heather was very informative and helpful when we had some questions it was clearly explained to us the options . Heather then took us through the ordering process quickly but keeping us infuriates along the way of all the options and answered all our questions

We have just purchased a new couch from your Stirling store. We had the pleasure of dealing with Georgia. She was very polite and knowledgeable on all products within the shop. Excellent service at Stirling, Springkerse store. Very knowledgeable salesperson, knew many of the dimensions and options off hand.
Took us though the sales and delivery processes quickly but clearly and we even got a great deal on a couple of add on items.
