We were left to look around the store for some time before we were approached by one of the representatives, Joseph. He answered our questions and we were still undecided so he left us to make up our minds. In the end we agreed to purchase a recliner 3 seat sofa. He explained how it worked, and after completion we left. No pushy salesman which we were pleased about.
Joseph did his work well, competently and thoroughly with no time wasting

Friendly staff
Staff are. Wry friendly no internet in the store in 21 century when you talk to your dr via internet shocking there was no internet so you couldn’t show your partner your choice
No 2 service is delivery only boxes has to be dispose by customer legs of the table has to put together by customer now when you are an old lady and have no idea how to fix the legs how are they suppose to do that
