Natalie dropped everything and assisted us straight away very politely and professionally, luckily we had visited before and knew which bed we wanted and with Natalie’s help and experience we very quickly knew which mattress was best for us. Our order was double checked, and a delivery schedule was explained - great experience , thanks Natalie !!

Great customers service
I went to the DFS at Sidcup.
As soon as I entered tge doors, a customer assistant by the name of Joseph got up and greeted me. He asked what I was looking for snd he straight away started helping.
My experience with him was awesome. He has a great customer service, he was patient, offered me water, he understood his job and he got me to buy a luxurious bed.

We were left to look around the store for some time before we were approached by one of the representatives, Joseph. He answered our questions and we were still undecided so he left us to make up our minds. In the end we agreed to purchase a recliner 3 seat sofa. He explained how it worked, and after completion we left. No pushy salesman which we were pleased about.
