Customer care and no pressure sales…
Customer care and no pressure sales people. i looked around at my own time and pace ,no pressure sales at all. I was asked if I needed help but no pressure at all. I chose two two seater sofas and a chair . I liked the two tone effect of the items so I ordered the same colour, very pleased with my choice and I can not wait for them to arrive. All in all first class service.

My partner and I visited the Measham store today to purchase a sofa for our first home. As first-time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process, but the level of customer service we received was outstanding.
Although we didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our visit. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and he took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. His approachable manner made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
We would highly recommend the Measham store to anyone looking for excellent customer service. This member of staff is a true credit to the team.
