I recently visited the Limerick store to purchase a new sofa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every time I stopped in, the sales team was welcoming and helpful, creating a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure.
A special mention goes to Linda, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what we needed, guided us through different options, and was incredibly patient while we made our decision. Her product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Thanks to Linda, we found the perfect sofa for our home. She truly deserves recognition for her excellent service.

From once we entered the store we were looked after so well. Staff were so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't feel pressured to buy and nothing about the sale was rushed. Bought a sofa last night!
Dropped into DFS after checking the sofas online. It was great being able to test out the sofa we wanted in-store and see a bunch of other options too. We were greeted by Linda when we walked in who offered us coffee and let us really take our time trying out all the sofas. She guided us through the purchase process and didn't pressure us into anything. We made an order for the sofa we had targeted online (Orka) and decided to go with the 0% payment plan. All of this was handled without any issues by Linda and we're really looking forward to getting our new sofa
