Terrible quality after just a few years – avoid DFS
We bought a sofa from DFS a few years ago and the fabric has already started peeling off. They advertise a 15-year guarantee, but when I contacted customer service I was told it only covers the first 2 years and they couldn’t do anything to help.
Their adverts claim “quality is everything,” yet the materials they use are some of the worst I’ve come across. It simply doesn’t last.
Don’t waste your money here.

Great service and great delivery
Great service and great delivery. The sales agents were great in store and were not pushy. Paid deposit and balance before delivery, they held the sofa for a month as I hadn't quite finished renovating in time. Second Sofa from DFS will order again. No surprises received.
