Very helpful.
They were very helpful on the kind of sofa we required to fit our family, with having a child and a puppy we were worried about wear and tear. Plus I have disabilities so needed something that wouldn't sag over time and something that wasn't low down.

Don was particularly helpful too and when we wrnt to place the order James assisted us offering a 5 year stsin/wear warranty which we decided to take.
