I had a great experience shopping at DFS today. Mark was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and made choosing the perfect sofa easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure, just excellent customer service. I’m really pleased with my new sofa and would definitely recommend DFS, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Mark. Thank you for such a positive experience!
