Absolutely brilliant customer service!! Adam spent a lot of time listening to me and understanding what I was looking for! A real genuine people person, explaining literally everything about each sofa I looked at and even helped me, with lots of choice and information, to decide the design, colour and colour choice of the rug I wanted to buy! He is experienced in art and design so a definite plus!
The information at every stage was brilliant and I feel I was able to make a confident and fully informed decision!
I was not pressured in any way at all, at anytime and I am really happy with my sofa and rug I purchased today!!
All of the staff were lovely also. A truly happy experience!!

We had a fantastic experience today. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after brilliantly by Darran. He was attentive, took the time to explain everything in detail, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Most importantly, he really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sofa without any pressure. He was warm, personable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. And to top it all off, his goth-style was absolutely ace! A real credit to the team – thank you for all your help!
