I ordered a sofa in April and I am still yet to hear when it will be delivered now almost two months later. Looking at these reviews I have little hope and wish that I had looked on here before I ordered.

The phone number provided doesn’t work and I am yet to hear back from them about what has happened. The money has been taken out from my account but there is no other information on the website than this.

If they have gone into receivership then the website should be taken down and they should stop taking orders. Avoid at all costs!!

How is this website still online?? We are still owed money, all our items have been marked sold on their platform without our knowledge and communications have simply stopped. Our reviews are being removed, my comments on social pages are being removed, we have even been blocked. They are desperately trying to keep up the charade but it seems like common knowledge now that this company can not be trusted. I hope anyone looking to buy takes all the warnings here on trustpilot seriously.

Vendeur depuis 8 ans sur Design Market, j'ai toujours été satisfait de cette plateforme. Réactive, de très belles ventes, des acheteurs réguliers.
La passe difficile traversée il y a quelques mois est désormais terminée. David a été très clair durant cette période et aujourd'hui met tout en oeuvre pour continuer à être un acteur majeur dans ce secteur.
Et nous avons tous intérêt à ce qu'ils continuent, acheteurs comme vendeurs.

Produit de qualité au juste prix service client joignable et à la hauteur délai de livraison correct authenticité des objets assuré bonne enseigne pour l achat de design je recommande vivement

Nous avons suivi et également subi les "turbulences" auxquelles Design-Market a fait face, en 2023 notamment.
À présent, en 2024, tout EST RENTRÉ DANS L'ORDRE.
Nous le disons haut et fort car nous voulons soutenir Design-Market, qui occupe une position tout à fait originale et pertinente dans l'univers du design.
Celle du milieu et haut de gamme.
Depuis décembre 2023, toutes les ventes se sont parfaitement et rapidement déroulées, et ont toutes été payées dans les temps, sans anicroches.
Livraisons dans la semaine (!)
Design-Market a su prendre les mesures nécessaires.

Commande passée en octobre 2023 et jamais reçue, service client jamais joignable et quand quelqu’un répond c’est pour avoir assurer que le problème va être réglé…aucun remboursement…
Bref, une arnaque !

I had the same experience as many of the customers on this site... Only I lost 900 Euros in the process and have not yet been refunded after nearly a year!
Same explanations, about thirty phone calls, various mails. I also talked to the founder David Mimouni, who assured me that he would take care of my refund personally - nothing ever happened. A friend of mine had a similar experience. how can they even still trade??

J’ai reçu la semaine dernière une très jolie lampe de chevet vintage.
Elle fonctionne très bien, est fidèle à la présentation qui en était faite sur le site.
Merci à vous de nous donner accès à des vendeurs étrangers, cela multiplie la potentialité de trouver des articles créés et fabriqués à une autre époque !

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I purchased two light fittings paying by transfer (why did I do this?). They then told me the items were no longer available. They promised to refund but I have since heard nothing despite sending numerous emails.
Is there a case for a class action against this company?

sono un commerciante italiano e da agosto 2023 non ho piu ricevuto i pagamenti che mi aspettavano. non rispondono al telefono e nemmeno alle mail. sono falliti e non mi hanno dato nessun contatto per poter recuperare i soldi che avanzo.

J’ai acheté une armoire d’un designer pour près de 2000€ et l’armoire est arrivée en mauvais état. Apres 18 mois d’utilisation, elle tombe en lambeaux… les charnières des portes avaient été réparées à la colle à bois mais ce n’était pas indiqué sur l’annonce.
J’ai contact à la réception Design market mais comme il y a un délai de 72h pour reporter un problème et que le meuble a été livré en mon absence, ils n’ont pas voulu prendre en compte ma demande. Site peu sérieux, qui ne résout pas les problèmes avec les vendeurs.

I feel stupid! I wish I had read some of the reviews posted here before handing over money to this site/person for a couple of beautiful light fittings that I had been looking for such a long time!
They string you along for weeks and months and then ultimately blame the seller (in my case he said the seller broke the items as they were being packed) and then never refund you. For me this was/is a lot of money and I just feel foolish for trusting this guy. My sympathy goes to the sellers on his site who I suspect have done nothing wrong except trusting him to be honest.

When I read the opinions of satisfied customers, it hits me. I have been waiting for a refund for selling the table for almost a year. I only receive information that if they make a debt repayment plan, maybe (emphasis on maybe) I will receive a cash refund. But there is no such plan yet and it is not known when it will be. I appreciate they want to stay afloat, but what about the backlog? Beautiful texts about contacting the customer service department no longer work for me. I wonder if Design Market will respond to my post or say that it is not responsible for such debts. And how can you trust them?

Reçu le fauteuil commandé remarquablement emballé, et en excellent état, conforme à notre attente.
Seule la livraison a été un peu longue, mais le service client a été réactif et très présent.
Nous sommes ravis !

Très bonne réactivité. Design Market est une plateforme sérieuse, je recommande.
La vente réalisé a été annulé à la demande de l'acheteuse qui a été remboursée rapidement, la marchandise m'a été retournée avec un suivi téléphonique sans faille.

Design Market is in receivership rather than under plan.
When receivership proceedings are opened, a period known as the "observation period" begins as soon as the opening judgment is pronounced. This period lasts 6 months, and can be extended by court decision up to a total of 18 months.

At the end of the observation period, a recovery plan is drawn up. The duration of the plan is set by the court. The maximum duration is 10 years.

It is necessary to wait until the company proposes a continuation plan to the court.

Should I receive any proposals for the settlement of claims, I will be sure to send them to you.

Commande toujours pas reçu après plus de 2 mois alors que le délais annoncé était de 2 semaines, pas de réponse du service client, pas joignable au téléphone non plus.
Entreprise vraiment pas sérieuse

Aux abonnés absents....commande jamais reçue, aucune réponse...lettre d'un mandataire judiciaire.
