Excellent people to deal with. Clear and easy to order. Chair covers were produced to a very high standard and fitted perfectly.Communication on progress of order first class. When I had problems wirh the delivery firm they checked and tracked items for me.

Waste of time and money for delivery. The material is a very poor quality, I bought a chairs covers and have to return. They never pay back for a delivery cost.

We bought replacement covers for our Ikea Ektorp 2 and 3 seater sofas plus covers for a Jenny Lund chair in red as Ikea no longer provide them. They are excellent quality and fit well. I highly recommend. It was very efficient.

The seat clover for my Jenny Lund was perfect ,however I was disappointed with the kitchen chair seat covers as they were very lumpy.

Recently purchased two sets of covers for a pair of and tired looking ektorp sofas.
I loved the fact that dekoris offer such a huge range of colours. Ordering easy and the delivery (from Poland) gave no dramas.
Quality wise the sofa covers fitted the sofas perfectly. The colour chosen has transformed the sofas and makes them look as new.

Not uk based which I wasn't expecting as it say uk on the site! I find this very misleading and shouldn't be allowed.
The chair cover s are lovely, perfect fit, and a good finish that is why I have given 5 stars, but it is a zero for the misleading site.

Bought covers for my dinning chairs I found a white selection to choose from, they arrived very happy with my purchase quality material pretty pattern.

Great covers fit pretty well. Great quality. Came within the timeframe stated and best of all my cats barely scratch them

Good value product. Kept informed at every stage of payment and delivery process. I ordered twice and first delivery took slightly longer than the second but think this was due to Evri once parcel reached the UK.

Material very cheap and thin . The stitching and finish poorly finished. Product very expensive. Company response- i should have had a sample of fabric. I sent photos of the finish- which they dismissed!

Good quality covers. Quick efficient delivery service. Only criticism main body cover slightly skimpy but fine once on.

AWFUL SO FAR I am dealing with this right now.i ordered from what I thought was aUK company turns out they outsource their production to a polish parent company v sneaky .I paid for a fast delivery but guess what it was all done in POLAND and the blinds took over 3 weeks to get her .The picture of the blind is green the made kinds are brown black . They are refusing to acknowledge there is a mistake ! I spent nearly £400 to be told it’s my problem.but it’s not they have made me the wrong colour of blinds ! I’m not colour blind ! Please ensure this is resolved I’m still going to take to the CEO ,for selling products in one colour way and producing them in another clout way! Do not use this company total rip off whilst presenting as being in the UK!!

I bought chair covers for my IKEA chairs, and I was very pleased with the quality, and they fit perfectly. The order was dispatched on time and arrived with full tracking information.

I also requested fabric samples before placing my order, which was a great service and helped me choose the right material.

Communication with the company was excellent — they responded to my emails quickly and were very helpful throughout the process.

I have been searching for years for new chair covers for 10 IKEA Harry chairs. Dekoria customer service is good at responding to emails and they sent me swatches via post to see the materials that I choose. The covers arrived neatly packaged and quality of craftsmanship was perfect. These look like they were from the original ikea store. Really pleased and impressed.
