Amazing Application!!

The mobile app is fantastic to create nice pictures, now I've started to use the desktop version and it's even better with even more options, the effects and artficial inteligence work really well!

Great job!

My first experience with this app was a bit daunting, trying to activate and reactivate on two machines. After complaining about this, Julia, my contact with the company, has assured me the programmers are at work on this and I am very happy now with their efforts. This program is a fantastic way to bring new effects into your artistic arsenal. Highly recommend it.

This is positively the best app I've ever had. I started off with my own pencil drawings and ended up with beautiful colourful images. It even inspired me to take up painting myself and it has become a favourite hobby. I still love using the app as well. It's awesome!

The program runs beautifully. I had with one question about the Pro version and it was answered by Julia the same day!

Android app works smooth and perfekt for it's size and price. But even the free version with its free filters can ink your pictures in a unique way. In order to work with the software more professional I choose the Pro Abo PC Version in order to create unique pictures by simply one click with a high resolution!

I had a glitch with my account which wasn't simple to resolve. Julia stuck with me and continued to ask questions and dig and dig. She wasn't going to give up on resolving my problem. And she didn't and it was -- resolved. I like the product and have found the customer service very good.

Vorweg: Ich nutze die App fast täglich als einen Teil meiner Bildbearbeitungen.
Momentan habe ich beim App-Zugriff Schwierigkeiten und habe mich deshalb mit dem Support in Verbindung gesetzt. Der Anwender - Support ist schnell und umfassend. Es war relativ schnell absehbar, dass man mir nicht sofort helfen kann (Netzwerkproblem). Aber bei der Fehleranalyse hat man mich trotzdem weiter begleitet und mir geholfen, das Problem einzugrenzen. Toll, da ein "Mitgehen" mit den Kunden allgemein leider nicht mehr so selbstverständlich ist.
Jetzt habe ich eine Problemanalyse, die ich meinem ISP vorlegen kann und wo er nun eine Lösung finden sollte.
Einen WorkAround habe ich auch noch: die App kann ich weiter nutzen via VPN, während mein ISP dann noch seine Netzwerk-Zugriffsprobleme sucht.

Very nice app, best in class and with the superior benefits of an API, desktop command line tool, and responsive support team.

They were very nice in how they handled my situation. Deep Art effects was alittle more robust than I needed and I wanted a refund. Their policy is that they don't give refunds (so please do not try to purchase and ask for a refund!!!) This was a special case. she told me that I could not get a refund (which is Deep arts effects policy) but because I was very nice and timely with the refund request, in this instance, she decided to go ahead. Deep Art Effects exemplifies what customer service should be. Because of their generosity, I will be part of the Deep Art Effects Community contributing. It is the least I can do for that kindness.

Yes, I had one small problem that was not really bothering me that much since there was still so much functionality in the program but I thought why not, I will contact support and see what they can do. Within 2 days they had an update that fixed the problem and that night I spent many hours enjoying the software. I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

This is the kind of service I am not used to with modern day companies. Thank you guys for excellent products and great service. You have made me very happy :)

Best service ever! Such a wonderful company all around! First off, I used to use another art app, but because I had so many photos on my phone, most of the art apps stopped being able to access my albums. I researched and discovered Deep Art Effects. I have been using the phone app without a glitch for the past year + and I LOVE IT! I decided to get desktop version this week. When purchasing I made a mistake and bought it twice. When I emailed for help, Julia responded quickly and refunded my double billing within minutes. She also helped me correct the accident I made when purchasing my plan. I made 2 mistakes. Then, she sent me videos to help me dive deeper into what I can do with the desktop version. Such service is rare! GREAT company and people behind it! THANK YOU!

I got a subscription to this especially for one of the styles but had major problems figuring out how to get the effect I wanted. Not that computer savvy at times! When I wrote to complain, Julia responded with answers to all my questions and when they brought up even more, she had more advice and answers. She was more than helpful and patient with me for over 2 days. I am now really satisfied with my use of the program and am sure that should something else arise, I will be able to get prompt, knowledgeable responses.

I seeked for a video2cartoon - which DeepArtEffects doesn't provide - but i got some good hints from their support team. Now i know which tools to use to design my logo and web site pictures. That's why i gave 5 stars !
