Compliments tot the helpdesk in the Netherlands. It makes it much easier to communicate in real time to Camilia, in this case, than to a helpdesk in, lets say, Bombay. Allthough the problem could not be fixed immediately, the advice was thorough, so that I could solve the problem a few hours later. And all that on boxing day, a day in which three quarters of the european population doesn't work at all. - René

It may seem strange to give 5 stars to something I couldn't get to work as the app is not compatible with an apple M1 chip until it gets an update. However, I'm sure it will be great as the free versions for iPad and iPhone are amazing. my 5 stars are because Camelia was great and gave me a full refund in minutes, very helpful indeed. I look forward to the update.

I am making compositions of AI drawn images, it is hard to place everything you want and need on a "pure" AI-generated picture. Sometimes you need to use different styles to get objects you want. I considered this application as a tool to bring all objects to one style. I must say the app does this job, but time to get a quality result is too long - tens of hours. Functionality is great, but efficiency is poor for now.

The DAE Pro Desktop version seemed to be a promising tool for my daily tasks, so I put my trust in the software and purchased the service. The software is apparently still in the development phase, so it needs a lot of optimisation (especially in terms of speed), but it is a nice and unique product. Regardless of the minor problems I encountered, I can heartily recommend the program to everyone, whether for playing with artistic styles or for more complex experimentation.

Easy to use and stunning result.

Took the initial 3months trial for $25 and then forgot I subscribed so when the 2nd payment was taken I got in touch with them and was reminded outright purchase was an option. I took that option as I was very pleased with the software. They then refunded the $50 I had already paid. Great service, thanks very much and great software.

Great support! The software has stopped working after the first test. They have checked the debug.log and the team came up with the solution quickly. The problem was on my GPU side, so an alternative CPU version is running now smoothly.

Love this app and the team behind it. Many AI/Style Transfer apps only allow modified images for personal use and prohibit commercial use. Some even retain partial ownership of the images that you upload to their servers. This app allows you to use their software to make whatever you want, for whatever you want! You have full ownership of your modified images (assuming you have usage rights for the original image). Dieter, who quickly answered my email about usage questions, was super helpful. I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with this app has been nothing but great. Keep up the good work!

We downloaded the program after seeing some work from a friend who used the program. Now on all our phones as well a desktop. Great program!. I needed some help with the program recently and their chat service was great! Suggest you give it a try.

If an average computer (notebook) you can receive the results fast and about options, hundreds of, to all people.

I recommend it and indicates the support as a high quality and fast response.

When I "renewed" my license, I was sent a product key that does not work. I have attempted several times to communicate with them, but communication requires at least two sides. They have NOT responded to any of my attempts to either provide a solution or refunding my money. This has been going on for more than 2 months of being ignored.

Enorm vriendelijk en welwillend contact gehad met Deep Art Effects, via Julia, tot dan toe voor mij een onbekende. Ondanks dat ik geen customer ben, had ik toch een Deep Art- vraag. Julia is daarop voor mij kosteloos aan de slag gegaan met de vraag. Heeft er veel extra tijd aan besteed, met veel persoonlijke service en iets heel moois gemaakt, waar ik haar enorm dankbaar voor ben! Graag had ik haar er een vergoeding voor gegeven, maar daar wilde ze niet van weten. Enorm sympathiek dat iemand je zo belangeloos helpt en ik kan de service van deze club dan ook van harte aanbevelen.

I have used Deep Art Effects on my cell and now wanted to use it on my desktop. Was having a problem with Ram and Julia in support chat was very helpful and got the program working for me. Really fun and effect program!

Win10, Pentium7, 16GB Ram - First the Software showed 172 hours for rendering a 3,50min Video. After contacting the very friendly Support, it was much better and there are still more possibilities to Speed IT Up. Rendering a Picture is fast, but a Video with 12000 Pics takes its time.

This APP makes you addicted ... Performing your *OWN (!)* Filters on YOUR pictures gives you an endless amount of creativity. . . Probably the best Program i buyed in the last years... THANKS !
