I am giving four stars for the impressive customer service I got up until yesterday. I love the product and wanted to buy it outright however, I missed the 30% promotion due to a personal reason. I contacted customer service for a coupon code because the product well good is very expensive. My Rep was Christiian and he was professional and well-mannered. My subscription was to be renewed in a few days from now. I received a notification of the renewal which I also appreciated. I was reading through the email and came across a statement, "Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover your subscription." I am insulted and find this comment to be highly inappropriate. I have been with this company for a few years and not once have I seen this comment in a email or elsewhere. After a bad marriage I had to rebuild my credit and I have successfully done so. I never buy anything unless I have sufficient funds. No company big or small has the right to speak to a long-term or short-term client in this way. I love the software and feel torn. I know that I am likely not the first person to be treated in this manner. No matter how good a product is if you treat someone who purchases from you badly it looks bad on you. It also sends loyal customers looking elsewhere. In this financial climate you would think a company would be grateful for the business. Guess not.

Great software, easy to use and they have a great helpdesk. Question asked on Saturday and answer on the same Saturday. First time right :) I would recommend this software to everyone if you like to experiment with photos, movies and art.

HORRIBLE-- IF THERE WAS A MINUS 10 that's what I'd rate it. I use several art effect generators Prism, Bazaart, BeCasso, Sketch Master, Artist. ai and others that I the combine in Procreate, Illustrator and Photoshop and ALL of them work better or at least as well at no cost or a fraction of DAE's $80 annual fee. I don't recall signing up for the premium version they say I did in April of '21. I have NEVER used it since looking initially and have been charged now 3 Xs for a total of $240. I only noticed the charge thru Papal the day after they cashed the most recent installment (they NEVER inform you ahead that you're about to be charged for reoccurring fee) and wrote immediately that I wasn't impressed with it, hadn't used it and would like to cancel this day-old charge and hoped they could return the latest annual fee of $80. Camelia was sweet but said "there's NOTHING we can do." In response I wrote the above review.

Assuming I'd lost the $80 I tried to log in to see if I'd missed something and what could possibly cost that much. I got a screen shot that says. “Deep Art Effects can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. Software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information." GREAT-- now it wont even work!! I got on a tech support chat and to his credit Cristiaan was quick to respond. As it turns out my newer computer with an M1 chip doesn't support DAE and he thought there might be some resolution in the 2nd quarter. In a separate email Cristiaan then offered a deal of sorts-- if I change or remove my review, they "would be happy to reevaluate the refund request"-- I guess that's what pisses me off the most. All this time, they've been saying we're sorry you're not happy, but we can't do anything... Well... not until I spoke up in a review. I wrote back and said I'd remove the review but they should actually return the full amount I'd paid--$240 (remember I've NEVER used the app past the first look--other similar apps above are just BETTER ). Cristiaan replied they would consider returning a portion of the $80 if I changed or removed the review. I told him to keep it-- and now you have the whole sad story as I initially wrote. **Also discovered that the app is less than half the amount on your iPad-- but I would still opt for other filters such as Prism, Bazaart, Sketch Master, or BeCasso-- all better and less expensive. Sorry for the rant-- I don't write reviews, but $$, not customer satisfaction, is what DAE is all about. JP

Prometteur mais impossible de lancer l'application!
J'ai écrit plusieurs fois au support technique (une seule fois on m'a répondu dans le chat, puis plus rien aux emails après de brefs messages sans solution proposée ni de détails techniques) - aucune aide, vraiment.

Je suis passé par ChatGPT en lui donnant les rapports d'erreurs. Beaucoup de tentatives : Python doit etre le 3 (d'après lui), il faut diverses bibliothèques mais il faut tout réinstaller dans un autre ordre de ce qui a été proposé si cela continue.

J'ai finalement du créer un espace virtuel pour utiliser DAE (petite surprise, mais c'est dit nullepart! ) - et au final ayant pu aller jusqu'au bout de toutes les solutions données par l'IA - DAE ne se lance toujours pas.

J'avais déja perdu du temps et repris le travail qui ne devrait pas etre le mien, pour profiter de leur promotion à -30% ces jours ci.

UPDATE un mois après.

Après l'achat les yeux fermés, ils m'ont demandé un fichié spécifique (qui fait bloquer la messagerie - mais en persévérant) - malgré confirmation de la reception des fichiers, et renseignements à répéter... RIEN un mois après l'achat!

Je rêvais de ce logiciel pour mon travail et finalement je suis assez frustré. Aucune aide. Le logiciel est compatible avec mon PC neuf, à jour et ayant ce qui est demandé 4go de Ram. Leur application est mal fichue. Impossible de savoir s'ils ont modifié leur fichier à télécharger. (sur le forum on parle que l'appli fonctionne sur TensorFlow1 alors que les PC récents sont au 2. Ce qui rend bientôt le programme obsolète).

C'est aux utilisateurs de chercher pourquoi ça ne veut pas. Mais une chose que je peux dire: C'est que même en payant, le SAV est inexistant. La rage !

UPDATE J'ai perdu 3 mois avec eux. Une solution pour ma distribution (m'envoient vers un mode d'emploi sur Peardox) mais rien du coté officiel.
Chose qui a cassé mes dépendances et rendu mon système instable! (n'est pas réparable car les erreurs restent malgré le code "install -f")

La page de vente est mensongère.
$$$ Et toujours pas de remboursement. Des excuses lamentables et on se frotte les mains.

Excellent product with a myriad of creative options that are virtually endless. This, combined with excellent customer service and tech support, makes for a 5 star experience. The software is stable, intuitive and renders beautifully!

The software is primitive, clunky, and not optimized. It only works on humans, everything else produces painfully poor results.

Seriously, what kind of content generation/editing software doesn’t support keyboard shortcuts? Their support is awful as well. Very disappointed with my purchase. I would recommend buying an alternative AI software or even just paying for a subscription to DALL-E.
