D B Roberts & Partners Arvostelua

Professional yet efficient and friendly customer service right from the start. Emily took my initial call interested in a house viewing and her excellent customer service has not wavered. I have been so impressed and would highly recommend DB Roberts.

Friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly. Adam was very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish!

Very pleased with DB Roberts

I recommend Roberts very highly. As a landlord they manage our properties very professionally, with rapid response to tenant enquires, always keeping us in the loop. Bethany Stevens at Oakengates office is my 'go to' person, keeping us up to date, managing tenancies and maintenance, and always with a friendly, cheery attitude. Brilliant 👍

A very efficient and professional service. As a Landlord with many rental properties the team at DB Roberts make our work life a considerably easier. We are pleased that they are now part of our team.

Adam was able to smoothly walk my Nan through her sale and achieved the asking price within just 3 days of the house being put up online.
Adam spent time explaining everything calming and effectively to my Nan who by her own admission doesn’t understand the process and Adam since the sale has taken it upon himself to assist my Nan with dealing with Solicitor whilst I live so far away.

I found the experience surprisingly easy. They at db Roberts were always helpful and honest even if no interest shown. Always punctual whether meetings or returning calls keeping me up dated.
Definitely use them again

Like insurance, you only know how good a Letting Agent is when there is a problem with the tenancy. Have rented the same property via DB Roberts for nearly 20 years with few problems with changeovers, etc. Sadly the last tenant didn't fulfil the obligations of their agreement, including non-payment of rent. DB Roberts were extremely thorough with their paperwork and dealing with the tenant. They also arranged the flat clean-up and refurbishment, in a very short window, so that the property could be returned to the market within 10-days. As a private landlord, this took a huge amount of the stress away. Would suggest any landlords strongly consider take out the rent guarantee and insurance, as getting property returned is only getting more complex

Professional service
Helped me find the right home through great product knowledge and recommendation

Tia, the lady that works here I have to say is possibly the best agent I've come across. Everything she did was done in a professional and friendly manor which made a seamless transition into our new property. She went out of her way to be helpful and genuinely tries her best to do the best job possible. I don't usually write reviews but this lady deserves a shout out. Thank you again for your hard work, its rare to find people that actually care about their work and their customers thesedays.

Very efficient, got our house on the market in days and sold within just over a month getting the asking price. Always kept us in the loop with updates definitely would recommend.

Very helpful on the phone , quick to phone back and confirm everything. Would happily contact DB Roberts Shrewsbury again . Emily was efficient and helpful

DB ROBERTS have been managing my rental for some years now and have been very helpful in advising on rental matters
I have found the team, particularly Nicole, very approachable and easy to deal and I thank her for trying to get matters dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Nicole and the team at DB Roberts are always super friendly and approachable, and have been right from the start.

Everything has been straightforward and hassle free as tenants, it's easy to get a hold of them when you need to and communication is a breeze.

Bethany is always available to take my call, friendly and proactive. Excellent service all round, thank you.

DB Roberts always give me great service. I let out two properties and they give me the confidence that they find the right tenants for both properties without delay.
My properties have been in their hands for about 10 years now and they have not let me down thus far.

Best of all.

Nicole is always friendly and polite. She is able to organize contractors and tenancy agreements and remedy any issues arising as required.

Sometimes we have had more serious issues with one property at which point Nicole consulted with a senior team member and proceeded to resolve the issue in a capable manner.

This shows that Nicole is able to work effectively both as a team member and independently. She is further able to liaise with a diverse range of people in a pleasant manner.

Nicole from DB Roberts in Oakengates looks after my rental property. The service that Nicole provides is excellent - I am kept up to date with anything related to my property, any questions that I have are delt with promptly and I am extremely happy with the service provided - thank you!

The team at DBRoberts throughout the sale of my property have been exceptional and completed all work to the highest of standards.
Emily Little, was very professional when handling the matter of negotiating the sale of my property and helped support my understanding of the process. Steve Dunham was also excellent when it came to marketing my house and providing me with all the information on the sale, explaining all the key areas and completing all required jobs swiftly ensuring the sale proceeded quickly and efficiently. I'd like to thank the team at DBRoberts for their hard work. I would 100% recommended to anyone requiring an Estate Agent In Shrewsbury.
