I ordered a Swarovski set I wanted late night on Sunday. It was further discounted to a really great price. It was dispatched on Monday and I now I have it less than 48 hours after ordering! It was also packaged really well.
Very happy with my order and would definitely use again.

My order arrived safely and on time. The items were really well packaged and they were cheaper than everywhere else too. I’m really pleased with my items and glad I placed the order.

I had returned from a cruise and wanted to treat my husband to a MOVA globe as a thank you and a reminder of our holiday. I have to say what a great expereince buying from David shuttle... I'd seen what I wanted. I rang and paid for it over the phone, and I was on a short deadline, so I needed it within 2 days. It was shipped and with me the next day. The lady I dealt with was superb and couldn't have made the experience any easier or better. The icing on the top of the cake... There was an offer on, and I got 10% off. I would use again in a blink of an eye and can't recommend highly enough... thanks.

My wife left a very un-subtle hint of what she wanted as a present, it was a large Swarovski Crystal figure. Being the good husband that I am I immediately went to the internet to search for it. I expected to be directed to the Swarovski home page, but luckily I saw a link to Davidshuttle.com, who not only had the fugure in stock and available for immediate delivery it was cheaper than buying from Swarovski direct. I ordered on line, it arrived 2 days later in very protective packaging and was in perfect condition. I was a very satisfied customer and my wife was a extremely happy recipient.

My order was dispatched quickly and I was sent tracking information. The wrong item was sent, and I received a prompt reply from customer services. The replacement item was also sent quickly, with tracking info. All in all great service.

When the Royal Mail messed up the delivery of my package, a representative of this company actually contacted the Royal Mail to find out the reason why, and actually added extra points to my account with them. They needn't have done the latter, as I was satisfied with them contacting the Royal Mail.

Absolutely traumatised by this company they delivered me a package outside my door and left it there for my grandmothers 70th birthday present I rang them in tears for them to be horrible to me down the phone and told me it’s there problem 300 pound down so I have had to launch a dispute with the bank for a missing parcel also had to go to the fca and financial obusmand service for compensation for the distress and inconvenience against them be careful guys :(

Ordered the Wedgwood 2022 Xmas Snowglobe at a price which was cheaper than Wedgwood’s own website.
Ordered on 11th December and it arrived, as promised, in good time for Xmas. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
Good communication and tracking information provided throughout the buying process.
Very pleased and will certainly use David Shuttle again!

Bought a mova globe. Looks ok but don't believe the hype. In my living room at night with my light on there is zero movement and even in daylight, sometimes it moves and sometimes not. The whole working in ambient light is a massive over statement. I would recommend if they were a fraction of the price but for what they actually cost of say they're a rip off to be honest seeing as they're only made of perspex

Absolutely exceptional service; ordered Swarovski Tom and Jerry, I was worried about the transportation of the item but went on their live chat and was assured item would be well packed, which it was. DPD was used to deliver the item and the characters arrived in perfect condition, complete with authenticity certificates (and 2 delicious chocolates, thank you!). Hard to believe but it took just 20 hours from placing the order to putting Tom and Jerry on my shelf! Why can’t all companies be like David Shuttle - life would be a lot easier!

Just had 6 Freidel water glasses delivered from David Shuttle via DPD, well packed and protected in top quality boxes.
Delighted to find these, as our original similar set of 6 was down to 3 (after daily use for several years).

Have to start by saying I never bother with leaving reviews but this company deserves one, my friend told me about there website, they are absolutely brilliant orders literally come the next day with DPD made 2 orders now from them for my mum and both has been great even had a little box of chocolates in them! Thank you for being so good will deffo order in future and recommend to friends!

Highly recommend David Shuttle, customer service is excellent. I emailed about an issue with an item I received; they called to speak to me in person (within half an hour of the email) to resolve and gave me options on what could be done to make sure I was happy with the resolution. I collect Emma Bridgewater and will definitely use David Shuttle in future.

Received my 2nd order first, awaiting stock on a lamp on the first order.

Really superb communication.

Have recently ordered a couple of items for both my mother in law and myself. These items duly arrived carefully packaged. I have been thoroughly pleased with the service this company offers and would be more than happy to use this shop again. Their service, website and deliveries are second to none.

I ordered a crystal ornament. It was due to be coming by dpd the next day, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive. I contacted the company, and they were so helpful. Instead of making me wait for days for them trying to find out where the parcel had gone, they promptly sent me out another, and it arrived the next day.
Will not hesitate in using this company again

My new supplier for Lampe Berger (now Maison). Initially let down by a supplier on Amazon and had David Shuttle recommended by a local shop in London. Brilliant and so easy. Well priced and arrrived within a few days. Well packed and well informed of delivery through DPD. Even given a 30 minute delivery window on the day of delivery. Very 'John Lewis'. Highly recommend.
