Ordered the goods at 3.15pm and arrived next morning. The packaging was excellent and my purchase arrived in perfect condition. There was even complimentary chocolates included in the delivery. David Shuttle has great customer focus, the products are great and are very good value with slight discounts that buying direct, they get delivered in recycled boxes which is just brilliant and the lovely letters that accompany them with the chocolate is a stroke of genius. I had regular contact with a very personal service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Would definitely shop there again!

Ordered on the Saturday, items were delivered on the Tuesday. Initially I thought the £10.95 delivery charge was expensive but it was well worth it, the package was trackable, the items were well packed and thoughtful extras were included (choccies and a gift voucher for my next purchase). Website was well laid out and easy to use. Would definitely recommend if you want quality products from a quality supplier. Will definitely use again.
