We visited Winghamsite today for the first time to look at potential new homes. Julie showed us round the show homes and gave us all the information we needed. She was very friendly and helpful and can not fault the experience. We will be continuing to look into buying here after today’s experience

I just bought a house at The Pines in Wallyford last year. There is a number of ongoing snagging issues but the customer service from sales team and site supervisor has been outstanding from start to finish. Responsive, polite and willing to help with the smallest to the largest issue. A member of the sales team, whom I hadn’t met before, helped me on Sunday afternoon even though she was locking up, to work out how to switch my electrics back on after I had inadvertently switched them off and couldn’t locate the right switch.

As first time buyers me and my partner couldn’t have had a simpler process for purchasing a property Charlotte and Jacqueline were both brilliant at keeping us up to date and helping with any queries we had throughout the journey.

The sales consultant was very polite, warm, and welcoming. Although the house we came to view was not ready yet, the sales consultant kindly showed us other available properties, which we appreciated. The service was good, but the rooms, are quite small. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful.”

There was temporary person at the desk who did not know I had an appointment. She allowed us to view the show homes but was unable to provide any information and could not answer very basic questions. She was also quite rude about our “unusual” names.
This was quite a disrespectful waste of time, especially as I had the appointment booked and now have to book another one.

I've made several visits to The Russets and on each occasion I was met by either Violeta or Fabian or both. They couldn't have been more professional, friendly, helpful, they were extremely knowledgeable about the site and if they weren't able to answer my questions they got back to me very shortly after. Since having made an offer on a new property on the site each time I have called with some questions Fabian has got back to me promptly.
Although I haven't yet exchanged on the property I hope that the after-sales service is as good as the pre-sales service! :-)
