What a nice helpful lady!
I popped into the king street office recently, just to enquire about the viability of buying a property as an investment to rent out.
I was greeted by Becky, she was friendly and approachable.
She gave me a few different options and explained how the whole process works.
She showed me details of different developments, such as west view and market yard, she provided me with some floor plans and price plans to take away and review, I did not feel pressured into making any immediate decision.

Our first experience buying a new home!
This has been our first experience using Dandara and it has been a pleasure.
Our home is amazing and everyone we have dealt with from start to finish has been professional and helpful at every turn.
Chris in the sales department was especially helpful at the start of the process and also Gabriel showing us around for the handover at the end. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Amazing experience with the team at The Russets
Fabian & Violeta were instrumental in us deciding to buy a property at The Russets. They were very knowledgeable and helpful from the offset and throughout. Fabian helped us consistently with recommendations and endless questions and went above and beyond for getting our completion sorted on time. Violetta and Will were very friendly
Violetta and Will were very friendly, welcoming and happy to spend time answering all our questions. It was very useful to view one of the homes to see the finish, fixtures and fittings. The reason for a 4 star rating and not a five was due to the fact that we were unable to view the 2 types of 3 bedroom homes that we are interested in purchasing. We are relocating from Milton Keynes so viewings need a little more planning than if we were already in the area.

As this is a new build development, we don’t always have every house type available to view at the same time while homes are still under construction or reserved. We completely appreciate that travelling from Milton Keynes requires extra planning and thank you for making the trip to visit us.
Apartments in Douglas
I noticed that building had commenced on the apartments on the quay in Douglas. On returning home to the UK , I called the sales office and spoke to Joanne. She was very helpful and gave me the details of the apartments and price range. I plan to visit the office when I return to the island next month.
