So far the Sales team (Jo and Kate) at Birch Park, Braintree have been excellent from starting our initial conversations and viewing the fabulous show homes to supporting us through the sales process (reservation) and currently now at exchange of contracts as we await our new home to be available. Looking forward to the next steps. Great work team.

We met with Jon at The Acres site in Shenley Wood in Milton Keynes for a viewing of the site and a few plots. Jon was brilliant, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and made the experience great. He took the time to show us several homes, both show homes and empty plots and gave lots of detail. Communication was fast and detailed afterwards.

I have had an excellent experience with Fabian and couldn't be more grateful for the support I have so far received. The service has been professional, efficient and incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

Rebecca & Jon have been incredible throughout the process of buying our house at The Acres! They’ve helped us through the assisted move scheme and kept us updated during the build process.

They have excellent knowledge of other Dandara developments nearby, meaning while we were making our kitchen & flooring choices, they could guide us to a show home that had the various options we were considering to see them in person. This led to a completely informed and smooth decision making process and has made us very excited for our first home! Sales team are attentive. Finished product terrible. By this I mean the finishing touches. Please, please really check carefully. You may be surprised what you find. I was promised a good as you can get product. All I wanted was a clean finished new house. Not a lot to ask for. Shame I cannot upload any pictures.

Had an informative appointment about the new builds with a variety of homes to choose from. Lovely homes with very nice brickwork.

A very friendly welcome, was nice to be able to look round the show house on our own and ask questions afterwards. We didn't feel pressured or harassed to make any decisions and any questions were answered realistically and informatively.

I dealt with Victoria at The Willows who was a excellent. Unfortunately we didn't end up buying with Dandara due to the property being sold but the attention to detail and knowledge of the local area from Victoria was unrivalled.

The service and support we’ve received at Manor Park, from Bradley and Hannah, has been crucial in our decision. The flexibility, the human approach, the quality of the house itself, and everything in between have genuinely made a difference to us. We’ve felt supported and well-informed throughout, which has made the whole process much smoother and more reassuring.

Very helpful staff Elliot showed us around went out of his way to offer homes with a utility room accessed from the outside.

Very friendly sales team. Very transparent and keen to help clients to progress with the house buying. They are always in contact and providing constant updates on the process.
This is not the first new built home we buy and the experience has been much better than the one we have with other builders. I would definitely recommend.
