Absolutely Fabulous
Having not managed to source anyone locally to carry out quite a substantial job Damp Proof Solutions popped up on my face book page and some of the posts about the handsome work force were hilarious and caught my eye.
Amongst those were also some very useful complementary feedback posts about the quality of the work and the outstanding service provided by said workforce.
Stuart the surveyor came over and although paying to have a survey done seemed a bit ouch - it comes off the bill should you employ them to complete the work. Stuart was knowledgeable and very "chatty" and told me what i should and should not have done which i found refreshing from such a seasoned sales man.
I bit the bullet and booked their services and then it was only a months wait to get the work done - they are really busy but don't hang around once they are on the job.
I had cleared the area but living alone there were a couple of heavy items i could not manhandle alone but they soon sorted that with no moaning head scratching or mention of "not my job" very can do attitude when it comes to keeping customers happy.
They kept my up to date on the progress, what they were doing and why so i understood the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so polite, hard working, funny and very friendly and apart from smooth shiny new walls giving the game away left the place nearly as they found it cleaning as they go. Feed them hot drinks and they go forever.
Thanks Lads

We were very satisfied with the work carried out, though inevitably messy the team were considerate, friendly and professional and did a great cleaning up job at the end. We would definitely recommend them.

Cant' rate them enough
Can't rate DPS enough! Rang two other companies before I contacted DPS as both (one man bands) were giving conflicting advice for an important piece of work in my new house. Neither was providing any sort of clarity on the work and it felt like they were in control more than I was. In the end I stumbled upon DPS online and read a lot of the reviews which was reassuring.
Adam came to the house and very much detailed the work required examining the house inside and out as well as answering all my questions -including the price.
I've now had the work completed in the space of a few days, within my timescales and and I'm really happy with the work carried out by the team. They're worth every single penny for the peace of mind they provide (industry accreditation, Which etc) and the fact that it's all completed to a professional standard. Thanks!

Gladly recommend
From start to finish the job was carried out efficiently, and to a high standard. The three guys arrived bang on time, very polite, very friendly. They ensured they worked around us (daughter home schooling so needed a room to work in. Which they happily left till last to complete for us). Made sure we were happy with the work and cleared and tidied all the rubbish away before they left.
Would highly recommend.

High Recommend for damn proof
We manage our properties whilst living abroad and therefore always need to have full trust that the works will be undertaken fully without issues. From day 1 Adam and his team were diligent in everything they did and worked around what are difficult circumstances with the current CoVid challenges. His team were helpful at all times and went that extra mile with our tenants.
Strongly recommend considering Damp Proof Solutions for your next job. Service excellence and quality end product are key for any business and these guys lead in both.
Thanks again guys!

Excellent service
Excellent service - from survey to carrying out the work. On time cleaned up after themselves you wouldn't even known they had been. Very happy. Vents were put into rooms of old victorian house following damp appearing after new UPVC windows were fitted. Too soon to know if the problem is solved yet but no reason the think it won't be.
