A fantastic company to work with. I have been working there since March and everything has been amazing so far. Alina was amazing throughout the recruiting and onboarding process and she is always available to help with any queries.

The pay is satisfactory, there are no delays and there is no limit on the time you want to work from anywhere. Definitely a must for someone that enjoys interpreting.

Its very seamless, clear cut and timely. You can really count on the process and be worry free. I had an excellent experience of onboarding with Alexandra, I will be referring my friends to this company too.

The recruitment process was smooth and fair, and I received kind support from Alina and the other interviewers. However, the use of AI for the regional language test was laggy and unclear. It doesn't make sense to me to use pre-matured AI assistance for the regional language test.

I must say that what surprised me the most (in a good way) is company's polite attitude. I have had previous experiences where it felt quite overwhelming and stressful to talk out the basic formalities of the recruitment process.

Summing up, the application process usually brings me a lot of stress, but here it was my first time experiencing something completely settled and balanced without any pressure.

The onboarding and getting ready was smooth. The virtual number was one of my main problems: hushed made me pay for receiving calls, so all the money I earned went to pay the bill. I never found the option to change my number in the app. Honestly, I couldn't make any money with this gig. I thought it will be at least a great learning experience, but for me as an official, graduated interpreter, it was just like a bad customer support job.

Its been few months that im working with DALS and everything is good but , I think having a overtime and weekend policy would bee good , because Monday-Friday 8:30_6:30 the interpreter service is active and and in weekend and out of that time line it is not so active , maybe having a bonus for weekends or staying over time would be a good encouragement and also a good reward base motivation so it would be beneficial both for clients and also the interpreters .
