Good system and good behavior

Dals provides a different array of interpreting opportunities, such as health, social services, talk therapy, etc, making it an enjoyable place to work and grow professionally. They also offer certified online training courses, which I highly value, and have a great staff. My experience so far is that they strive to be supportive and quick replying back. The onboarding process was laborious, but thanks to Gabriela Enache's patience and resourcefulness it was successfully completed.

I recently applied for an interpreter position and was supported by Teodora. She has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the onboarding process

The staff is very cooperative and eager to help, I have only good things to say about the team. The workload is pretty good, when i was available in the interpreter app, i never had to wait more than 10 minutes to recite a call (on working days). My only concern is the compensation rates, I do find them a bit low, as far as i understood, other interpreting companies offer better rates.

I am able to manage my time as I wish whilst earning, this gives me the opportunity to do a lot of things at the same time. Also, Dals is a credible company and everything about them is good. The only downside for me was the onboarding- it was a hectic process for me to get in.

My experience with the company was great during the months of January, February, march and april. Great volume of calls and fair compensation. But during the months of may and june, the calls are very few with many issues such as disconnecting calls.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were guiding me step-by-step throughout the whole process, especially Gabriela.

My recruiment was amazing. It took shorter time than I expected. My recruiter was called Gabriela Enache and she was very active and helpful. I heard others had a good experience with Dals too, but the one I had was even better. I'd recommend both the company and the recruiter everyday of the week and twice on a sunday😉

The onboarding process was smooth and fast, thanks to Gabriela, who was very helpful throughout. The call flow was good at first but steadily decreased over the following months. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any concrete support or practical advice from the support team regarding the decline in work volume.

I have been working as an amharic interpreter since December,2025.Initially, the calls were going very well(high demand of calls).Later on after christmas break it had a drastic drop for which I asked for an explanation for,but still didn‘t get a prompt and clear reason .

The recruitment process was flowless.
