Dals 

I have been working with Dals since 2024.
Recently there have been strong issues in communication with them. It takes forever to receive an answer, if at all. I started a number of tickets because my app is not receiving on demand video calls, and some of tickets have been closed automatically without solution. For months my problem has not been solved. When I email them, the answer is: our IT team has been informed, now it's up to them. Seriously, it takes so long to check the problem? Weeks to months just to see why the fault is still there?

I emailed them to add an extra language to my list of working languages, never heard back from them.

I don't really know what to do. Maybe I should stop working with these guys and switch to other agencies who at least can reply to their linguists who actually make their business run.

I have been recently recruited as a DALS interpreter, and had a great experience with Robert who was guiding me through the onboarding process. I have been working with DALS since February 2026. The recruitment process was smooth and went very well. I am very happy with the work, I can schedule my own time. There are plenty offers as I am interpreting 2 languages. The communication with the team is also good, they are so supportive.

The only thing could be changed is the hourly rate. That is not even the UK’s minimum wage!
