It’s was a great experience from Gabriela who helped me throughout the process of reactivating my account with DALS , I used to work with DALS but due to some personal reasons and business commitments I couldn’t take any assignments from DALS for a long time and due to that my account was deactivated with DALS , but Gabriela has been very helpful and assisted me to get my account reactivated .
Without her assistance I wouldn’t be able to get my account reactivated again .

I joined the Dals community very recently, and the communication and recruitment process with Alex was incredibly smooth and straightforward. I’m still getting a sense of the workload and the number of calls per day, so it’s too early for me to determine whether this role can be considered a full-time job or if it is better suited as a part-time opportunity.

I have been recently onboarded on DALS and the entire process, although quite lengthy, was smooth. There are multiple steps involved in the hiring process but my recruiter, Robert, was quite helpful and always replied to my queries effectively. He was kind enough to schedule a test call with me too so that I can become acquainted with the app. The only downside is that the whole hiring process took about a month, but other than that, things were great!

I recently joined Dals as a freelance remote interpreter and the entire experience has been outstanding. Robert from the recruitment team guided me through every step of the onboarding process with great patience and professionalism. From the initial application to document submission, language assessments and technical setup, he was always responsive and helpful. The process was clear, well organised and much smoother than I expected. I started receiving calls within days of being approved and the Interpreter Suite app works very well. I am really happy to be part of the Dals family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to work as a freelance interpreter.

I have been working with Dals for 15 months, consistently maintaining a stable workload of 7-8 hours every single day, including weekends. However, immediately following a recent update to the app and system, my assignments were drastically reduced to only 30 minutes a day.
It is impossible to believe that such a sudden and massive drop is a "natural fluctuation." Given the timing, this feels like either a significant technical issue with their new update or a form of unexplained bias against me as a translator.
When I reached out for clarification, I was met with dismissive, generic responses instead of an honest explanation. I have been a dedicated and reliable partner for over a year, and I expect professional transparency. If there are operational changes or technical errors affecting my workflow, they should be communicated clearly rather than leaving me in the dark. Very disappointed with the current level of integrity and communication.

The recruitment process was clear, and the HR team was professional and supportive throughout the onboarding process. However, my experience as a freelancer was less positive due to the lack of transparency regarding payments.When I asked for clarification about the payment system, I did not receive a response. In addition, the “first served” approach made it almost impossible to secure translation assignments, as opportunities were often taken immediately by others. More transparency regarding payment rates, calculation methods, and task allocation would significantly improve the overall freelancer experience.
