I have always found D-Energi to be helpful and like being able to deal with a named individual who is reachable by phone and email. For example, we recently had an existing contract coming to an end and Maddison Davenport in the broker team helped us work through the options for a new supply contract and worked with us, by phone and email, to agree terms that worked with our budget and were competitive with the market.

We have been using D-Energi for several years now and have always found them to be very professional & competitive with prices. Ben Darlington has been very helpful and always answers any queries very quickly.

D-Energi have been providing my company with great prices and excellent ongoing support for several years. Far better in my experience than we've ever got from more well-known suppliers in the sector. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'm not usually one to write reviews however Kendall Marsden deserves a big shout out! There's never been a request that I've sent to Kendall that she hasn't managed to resolve or answer. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 24 hours for her to reply! Always so efficient and reliable. Incredible customer service, thank you Kendall!

I spoke with Tom (Wareing) this morning regarding an overestimated bill which we received despite having submitted our July readings on the portal in a timely manner. Tom was very helpful, polite and professional and said he would reissue the bill using the actual reading. I really appreciate that we are now not overpaying our electricity as we are a charity. I have to say that I am impressed with the swift answers that was given to my urgent requests by Jacob.

One of the worst energy provides we’ve used. They add additional chargers and the rates they charge are extortionate.

I got 4 independent quotes and again I have found D-Energi to be the most competitive. I believe this is about 15 plus years with them and each renewal they come out the best
