We have a third party relationship with D-Energi and can't recommend them highly enough. Always competitive pricing, react quickly to drops in the market and a direct point of contact to ensure any questions answered very quickly. Our account manger Faline always goes above and beyond, and is flexible around pricing structure, always doing what's need to ensure they are competitive for the customer. An honourable mention also to Kendall Marsden, the other half of the dynamic duo who always treats us like her own when Faline on leave.

Jacob Lucas corrected my final invoices to my satisfaction. Although others also helped along the way ( Chris Bell, Joanne Campbell) the accounting service I received throughout my contract was appalling. I don't think I received any bills over the 15 month period where I didn't have to question the amounts. At one point I was almost £3000 in credit due to D-Energi's poor estimating and inability to re-set my smart meter. I finally got the contract terminated early after several attempts to prove that I had been given wrong information regarding price revisions in the event of a large downturn in prices after the Covid and Ukraine crises. Someone in charge needs to get a grip on procedures!

I'd highly recommend D-Energi if you're looking around for a supplier who will provide you with a personal service!

I'm a PA and my boss has numerous properties who D-Energi supply. We have used D-Energi for several years to supply these properties. Their customer service is second to none - great communication, really helpful and friendly.

All the reps are helpful, and I have had the privilege of dealing often with one particular (Joanne) sales manager there who always helps me in general and with searching for best rates - adding that personal touch, which so extremely needed these days (& non-existent in most cases!). They will always do their utmost to provide very competitive rates :)

They are unlike any other utilities company I've dealt with in the past, so they have retained our business over the years - as we have confidence and trust in them to look after us.

Their systems / notifications / processes are simple and clear, transparent, very organised and accurate. This takes a load of my mind and keeps things stress-free! (unlike most other companies out there!!)

I have had my business Gas supply through D-Energi for about 2 years. Very happy with it. I did have a recent issue that I was worried about, but that got resolved quickly and to my satisfaction by Karthik Shankar in the Credit control team. I am very pleased with the outcome, and Karthik gave great customer service. I will definitely be moving my Electricity supply over to D-Energi, once my current contract (with another supplier) comes to an end.

So we left a commercial property in June 2023 due to a lease expiry, gave them notice, filled in the end of tenancy information as required but they continued to bill us for 9 months. No-one replied to e-mails nor dealt with it until we forced the landlord to get involved. Really poor and this is the 2nd time it's happened at the end of a lease. They still send chasers etc and all in all it was just a very bad experience.

How are you able to sign a contract without any lease information but they require so much at the end of the contract?

Avoid.

Have been with D-energi for a few years and initially had no complaints. However, since June 2023 we should have had a smart meter installed which didn't happen and since then had nothing but issues. Customer Services can't even tell me what has happened and I have to keep chasing constantly for updates. Really not happy and going to the energy ombudsman now. Please avoid. Like others have mentioned Jacob Lucas is terrible at customer service

We have been with DEnergi for a number of years.
We have two electricity accounts with them.
With both accounts they say we have used more electricity than they thought we would use. This caused us to get a government fine.
When the first electric contract finished we had more than £30000 to pay in. We accepted this mistake.
Now the second electricity metre we are told after 2 years we need to pay in £19000 plus another government fine.
I would have thought a broker would look after us a bit better than that. We do send in Meter readings when asked.
We have complained and had no satisfaction we have been told mistakes have been made to our cost of £8000 but it is to late to fix it, we must accept this

After a couple of difficult conversation's the team at Drax energy came good now on a shorter term and improved rate well done D energy

We inherited this company from a tenant. I cant begin to explain the stress and inconvenience their incompetence have caused us. After many hours wasted time I eventually managed to get a final invoice from them when the building was sold. We paid it within days of receiving it.
However they have now resumed demands for thousands of pounds from us and claiming we are responsible for energy use for building we sold in December.
I work full time and have to deal with this companies emails when I get home. Im quite simply exhausted by them and its beginning to effect my mental health.
