Really disappointed with my purchase. I bought a custom deadpool controller for my wife’s birthday. The buttons started malfunctioning within the warranty period and to their credit they did fix it the first time round. It has gone wrong again since and I sent them an email asking them if they would rectify the problem again. Given I spent £100 instead of buying a normal PS5 controller for half that. (Of which I have two that are still both working fine since purchase)
They have completely ignored my email and I’m left with a malfunctioning controller and my wife is really upset about it. I’m not asking for a new controller. Just to fix the issue that you have already had to fix once before. Really poor form guys

In November 2024, I got an elite controller for my son, and he’s been absolutely thrilled with it. Despite his heavy-handed use, it took almost a year for any issues to appear. I reached out via email and astonishingly received a response the next day. The controller was sent back and fixed within just 10 days. The service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to others.

Bought for a present for my son, the box came completely damaged, ripped cardboard and plastic not attached to box. Going to have to sellotape the box back together which makes the present look cheap and second hand

Absolutely fantastic service. My son’s controller stopped working (only some of the buttons), I emailed them and within 24 hrs I received a response. They sent me a pre-paid return envelope the same day, it was repaired and returned promptly. They kept in contact, kept me informed. I was so impressed with the after sales service. Will definitely use them again without hesitation. Thank you for repairing it and making my son’s day :)

Purchased an elite controller for my son in Nov 2024 and he has loved it.
He’s is quite heavy handed and after nearly 12 months of ownership the controller developed some faults.
An email was duly sent, and a reply was received within a day. The controller was returned, repaired all within 10 days.
Fantastic service and will certainly recommend to everyone.

Ordered a refurbished controller that was advertised as “excellent” arrived with incorrect parts - missing a thumb stick, also found better priced elsewhere online on several sites and stores, nearly half the price in fact, and when I emailed they said they weren’t willing to make any adjustments on price. Will be returning but they’re not great on emails.

Arrived super fast and was a birthday present for my son who absolutely loved the custom controller. Great design

Terrible customer service not only that they send me a controller that’s not even working properly. no mic as the headset wouldn’t work it had stick drift (a) and (b) wasn’t working correctly not only that it came broken on right hand side bumper and I don’t know how it left the warehouse or shop like it. terrible terrible it came in an empty box too. with nothing protecting the controller inside there still charging nearly the 3rd of the pice still. discussing id hate to see one of there custom controllers AVOID. then you get a cheeky comment like we have at the bottom no sorry no nothing and yes it will be sent back. Im well in my right to say what I have to say about it

Excellent condition is Ok condition.

Had marks on controller and wasn’t clean on arrival, but everything else, speed of delivery and price was good.

Unfortunately the controller has a fault, it sticks on the left, it's been doing it for around 3 weeks now but has progressively gotten worse.
