Great experience with customer service! The chrome red was discontinued and they emailed me about it so I emailed them back resolving the issue and within 10 minutes I had gotten an email back! I would recommend ordering on a computer but everything else was flawless and the controller feels and looks very high quality!

It arrived within 2 days of ordering, and was in mint condition, looked even better than what I was expecting too, absolutely awesome will definitely be purchasing something again soon!

Best custom controllers!
Ordered a custom Xbox controller as a valentine's day gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. The customizing and ordering process is very easy with plenty of options. I love how it comes in a standard controller box so it's an additional surprise when it turns out to be a customized controller! :)

Great customer service.
My son absolutely loves his new PS5 controller. Easy to customise, fast delivery and fab customer service. Has a few issues but was sorted super fast. Highly recommend.

Absolutely dreadful quality
Absolutely dreadful quality and the customer service left something to be desired. I had a problem with the controller and had to send it back to them and had to pay for the postage as they claim they did not find a fault in the controller, despite them fixing the controller. Which they claim they only made precautionary fixes to the controller and so this doesn't count as a repair. I now have a further problem with the controller.
Absolutely dreadful company and i would highly recommend that no one buys from them

Great pleasure having to do with this guys and James,they’ve been very friendly and quickly responsive to answer any of my questions.The controller they have customised for me is exactly as supposed to be and of great quality and arrived in 3 days considering has been ordered in the weekend.I will definitely come back in the future as their builder is going to be updated with more features to choose from.Best regards,Luigi.

2 controllers since 2016 that still work.
I have been using his cobtrollers with paddles since 2016. No issues and still works till this day. Only downside is that sony blocked ps4 controllers beeing used for ps5 games...

Absolutely perfect
Absolutely perfect! I’m from the Netherlands and the service, shipping and controller are perfect. Ordered one with Hall effect and it works perfectly. Controller feels very premium and the service is unprecedented!

Fast response times and nice design
First ordered the controller and when it arrived, there was a fault in the touchpad, but had a very quick response time, collected the controller fixed it and gave it back in perfect condition only a few days later. Design looks really nice and worth the price.

Absolutely outstanding service!
Absolutely outstanding service!! Emailed them on what I would like on my controller, received a response very quickly. Controller was sent out to me within 2 days! Very fast turnaround. The Domin8or buttons are a game changer for me. Can’t fault them! Will definitely be back for another controller soon! 5 Star service!

Ordered on a whim late on a Sunday and it arrive noon on Tuesday. Very impressed by the quality of the controller with my custom specs and speed of the build to delivery time. Will buy again in the future.
