I ordered a custom controller from Battle Beaver in June 2025. Unfortunately, I never received the order.

According to the tracking information, the package was returned and the delivery was never completed.

I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund, but the only response I received was an offer for a 50% discount code instead of a proper resolution.

After many months, the issue is still unresolved and I am still waiting for a refund for an order that was never delivered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Where to start... firstly I waited 6-weeks with no communication after purchasing, I then reached out to cancel my order as I had been reading the reviews in the meantime & didn't want to wait any longer for a poor quality product. Suddenly after no contact & after I emailed to request cancellation, my controller was miraculously shipped! Funny that!! As soon as it arrived I knew from the second I picked it up that something was wrong, as the buttons were all loose and something was rattling around inside - it turns out the X button was broken.

I now have to return the controller & they obviously don't cover the shipping costs, so I am now out of pocket of a further £20 (having already paid this for shipping initially, as I'm based in UK) and they also have the cheek to try and charge a 15% 'restocking fee', even though they sent me a broken controller!! Absolute cowboys, this company will be dissolved within 2 years max.

believe me i found out the hard way that all the bad reviews are right this company is a sham i bought a ps4 controller with tmr sticks and it has drift out of the box and after testing has the worst circularity ever also the run button doesn't work and everything just feels cheap and plastic on top of this i immediately emailed for a refund with proof and they purposely waited to respond to me after 2 weeks so i couldn't return it shameful company If your reading this go for the scuf

they didnt inform me that UPS would add a brokerage fee on top of the taxes and tarriffs that double the cost of the product. They ruined my christmas gift.

The worst service ever! Never buy a controller here!

Disappointed With My Purchase – Poor Performance and Unhelpful Support

I strongly advise avoiding this company. I spent £230 on a controller with TMR sticks, expecting it to outperform a standard controller with analog thumbsticks, but it has been a huge letdown.

Both thumbsticks have jitter and stick drift, and the left stick doesn’t even sit in the centre — something clearly shown when tested on Gamepad Tester. I contacted Battle Beaver with photos and details, but their support showed no real interest in helping. Their response was that they would only take action if the drift occurred on default settings. Realistically, who plays Call of Duty or similar games on default deadzones? Other companies offering TMR sticks allow for much lower deadzones without these issues.

The whole point of buying TMR sticks is to reduce problems like drift and jitter, but in my experience this product failed to deliver, and the customer support didn’t seem to care. Very disappointing for the price

Well spented 530 usd on a controller with fully customised , bb says they gave it to usps, but usps says they never got it from there. Bb refuses to take responsibility because they are a small buisness and they can't take the loss. I guess I can take a loss or 530 as customer

So I spent $250 on a Battle Beaver a few months ago and the L1 mouse click trigger broke 10 days after the measly 90 day warranty by no fault of my own. They have refused to help in any way. Low quality parts and even worse customer service. Controller was nice while it lasted but now junk… I have had dual sense edges and Scuffs that all have lasted over a year before ever having an issue. I get it things break but it’s how you handle it that you are judged and they handled this crappy in my opinion…

Waited 10 weeks for my Xbox controller to come in. When it arrived my left stick wasn't responding at all and it had insane stick drift. Customer support was lack luster and unhelpful. I still have my broken controller in my drawer

THIS COMPANY IS CRAP!!!

Absolutely awful company, controller took nearly 9 weeks to arrive then when it comes it’s broken out the box!! Left stick not working atall opted for magneto sticks and they literally don’t even work!!!! £260 and 9 weeks later for something I can’t even use!! Have sent videos to company no response as of yet and no doubt wont refund it as there customer service is shocking, mathew needs to be sacked also!! Terrible company avoid 100% i paid £60 for an Attack A controller budget in mean time and it’s much better!! Awful company

Controller lastet no longer than 6 months with completely normal use and never even dropped it ones. I chose a medium tension joystick, now it makes creaking sounds and my aim is randomly lagging upwards. Clearly a faulty part installed and I need to pay all the costs of the repair because the warranty is out. They are taking no responsibilities of their wrong doings.

I bought 2 controllers from BB for each of them the same problem after a few months only the right paddle (for slide) simply no longer works, obviously no guarantee on that I strongly advise you not to buy this controller, you should rather go towards mass distribution controllers like the dual sense edge or the vitrix.

Terrible company to deal with, I have purchased 3 controllers now and they have all had problems with stick-drift. The policy is 15 days refund but the controller will show signs of it after a month or so.

It's not worth it honestly.

Dont be deceived by all the 5 star reviews on their website. Come here to see. They hide all their 1 star reviews amongst thousands of other good ones on their official site with a poor filter. They make most of their income off repairs and do nothing to fix those issues permanently. They know their warranty is bull too. Sony is also a dog company too with all their restrictions and liscensing for their terrible plastic products so Ill give em the benefit of the doubt and say BB can probably only do so much. I also can say I enjoyed the controller throughout a year and a half as it never got stick drift and no buttons failed. However all the positives of the controller become null and void with the button placements which are a pain. That is the main issue in my eyes. A good 3/4s of people are going to pick the wrong placement that doesnt match there hand size and they dont have a chart/guide that helps you. This is the deal breaker for me and ruined part of my experience throughout the year and a half I had the controller as my fingertips went wayy past the buttons and caused alot of arthritis inducing discomfort yay. So thus their making even more money off people sending their controllers back in to be retweaked. I didnt do that, am sure as hell not, and not going through the reship process by paying $100+ to redrill some holes in a shell and I dont even know if it will come back my placement size. Ive even heard people had to send em back in twice to re-tweak because they didnt get the back buttons exactly right. Their chargers also should be 4ft instead of 3ft that extra edge would be cool, as I yanked the controller out of my usb ports so many times trying to stretch my arms into the air between games.

First Xbox controller I got from them was great and is probably the best controller I will ever own.

The second controller I got from them was a PS5 controller which seems ok, but I have no experience with these and the right thumbstick is definitely looser than the left.

The third Xbox controller I bought from them had a completely faulty right thumbstick. I could literally get my reticle to move right by pushing the thumbstick left.

Even as a repeat customer, I had to pay $15 to ship the controller back to them, after which they only refunded me about 75% of the purchase price despite the fact the controller they shipped me was broken and clearly not built from a new OEM controller.

Won’t buy from them again.

After 8 months of using the controller, the R1 trigger no longer responded. This famous “mouse-click” technology doesn't work when I hold down the button. Which is very annoying for Call of Duty.
The only response I got from the service department was that the product was no longer under warranty, and all costs would have to be support by the customer. We are talking about 100 dollars for ship and repair.

i am not satisfied with the custom controller builder because i do not have the option to select wood a b x y buttons and triggers on my (custom) controller

I purchased a controller for €360 from Battle Beaver and was shocked by the poor quality of the product. The front and back don’t fit together properly, there’s a creaking noise, and it feels like a screw is missing. When I contacted customer service, they told me this was “within the range of acceptance” and not a reason for a return. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price.

To make matters worse, I’m expected to pay €50 for return shipping to New York, despite receiving a clearly defective product. I’ve bought several controllers from Battle Beaver before, and almost all of them had to be sent back for repairs after some time. But being asked to accept a defective product right from the start is a new low. For this price, I should be able to expect quality. I’m very disappointed and cannot recommend this store.
