Currys - Torbay Arvostelua 

I needed to replace an old computer. I had checked before visiting the store the spec that I needed. Unfortunately that particular model wasn’t in stock but Rebecca was able to show and explain to me a comparable one which I bought. Curry’s technical desk was then able to load the new software and transfer my files and I so went home with a computer all ready to go. One comment regards the layout of the computer section in the store which is not done by brand of computer which makes it a bit confusing for the customer. Apart from that, customer service was excellent.

I purchased a brand new laptop from curry’s last week for the start of college. As a student I needed something cheap, reliable and fast. I decided to try and trade in my old laptop. Went into the store and asked the staff if they could trade in my product for a good laptop. They took my old laptop of and came back with its keyboard and mouse not working with and addition screen flicker. Told me my laptop was not worth the trade in. The staff were kind though and walked me through the new laptops they had on offer which consisted of the top of the line spec which I couldn’t afford. Ended up going home without a laptop as they were either not in stock or very expensive and too powerful for what I need. I ended up finding a better one on the website which was cheaper and arrived on time. Product is fast snappy and has a brilliant battery. Overall good service from the laptops. Only a 4 star as the customer service was a bit lacking but apart from that the laptop itself was brilliant

The gentlemen were so polite and helpful, al round wonderful. I was a little apprehensive about my new fridge freezer being delivered and the old one being taken away but I need not have worried they were so wonderful. I will most certainly mention it to my friends.

Staff are so helpful

We shop at Currys in Torquay a lot and always get dealt with expeditiously and professionally. Great products more often than not available on the day, knowledgeable and polite staff. So much better than on line

On selecting a suitable fridge freezer, the staff member went through the remaining stages quickly and clearly, explaining delivery options and disposal of old equipment well. The delivery was made at the appointed time, although the tracking app, which showed me at No. 6, was incorrect, showing No. 2 in progress at the delivery point.
