My daughter who lives in Torquay…
My daughter who lives in Torquay purchased from Currys a microwave combination oven. Due to being let down by the fitter, she had to go to another company, and the new kitchen layout cannot incorporate the said product. My daughter returned the unopened product together with paperwork to Currys explained the situation and they said they would not give a refund even though it wasn’t opened. This is no fault of my daughter as she was originally let down. This product could have been resold by Curry’s. I am disappointed by Curry’s and think a refund should be given.

Mobile phone purchase
Having broken my phone on the previous evening, I went to Curry's for a replacement. I was served by Joshua who took time to explain the relative merits of the two models under consideration. Having made my choice, he applied a code which amounted to a discount of £30. I was very pleased with my visit to Curry's and the excellent service provided.

Chris at the store was incredibly…
Chris at the store was incredibly helpful despite my TV being unavailable on my first visit.
He never pushed for upsells and understood exactly what my requirements are and arranged for it all to arrive. A seamless experience

A Logik fridgefreeezer proved to be…
A Logik fridgefreeezer proved to be faulty by overheating on the first day of switching on I had to complain to Curry's and after much questioning t hey agreed to a return but this was complicated . This meant arranging first of all for someone to come a nd ceck it was faulty - a few days. For speed I had to return it myself, which I did because of hot weather and food deterioration. On its return I agreed to purchase a B eko f-f which was delivered 3 days later.
All this took several visits to the shop to get srted .
