Currys - Preston Capitol Arvostelua 

The Currys guy was polite but friendly and helpful. We ordered a fridge freezer and he went through the process very efficiently and arranged the delivery. He helped us download the app. The delivery guys were really good and carried it up the stairs to our first floor apartment.

Had to take a TV back to Currys at Capital centre Preston and honestly the young lad named Jacob was brilliant he tried his best to sort my TV out in the end l exchanged it was slightly dearer but l feel l got a great deal, Jacob thank you so much for all your help and patience as overall it took some time, during this time l felt l got to know some of the other team members by seeing how they work together as a Team and with the customers they are brilliant.
I think Jacob has definitely got the makings of a Team leader his interaction with the other team members was excellent.

Good service and advice about the product I was buying

It was more what I did well. I chose and measured everything. I would have bought the stuff as well had I been able. It was only when it became obvious to a member of staff who passed me by originally that he decided that it would have been a good choice to come to me and not the man who already had a receipt in his hand and then made a fuss of me. I do think you have a lack of staff especially when you have a woman with tape measure in hand who is clearly only measuring 23 inch black fridge freezers with water dispensers and a 40 inch and 32 inch TV then tries to get someone to serve her. Your staff had no selling to do that day and were only falling over me to choose them next time when I was spending nearly £1200. So the moral is next time you see a woman aged 60 with a tape measure follow her as you're likely to get a good sale

Ordering online and using "Reward" vouchers to cover the cost of purchase was relatively easy. The only criticism I have, is when picking up my items, I had to wait over 5mins before staff came to attend to me.
This doesn't sound a long time but as I entered the shop, 3 staff members were talking less than 10 meters from the door and 2 of them turned to look towards me. I couldn't see anyone else in the shop. I went straight to the collections desk, a few meters to the right, there wasn't any staff manning the counter. I looked across to the 3 staff talking and they continued with their conversation. I stood in a position where they could easily see me but they carried on talking. I felt that they were deliberately ignoring me. After 5 minutes I decided to confront them so started to walk towards them, one of them then walked towards me and dealt with my request.
This soured the purchasing process, not the end of the world, but I came away feeling a little deflated.

Collection date was not met. Ordered on line. Still waiting for a confirmation that the product is ready to collect from store two days after the initial date given when the item was purchased.

Helpful and polite

Easy ordering, ready to collect very quickly. When I went to the store collection was fast, easy , the staff member was helpful. He brought it to my car and helped me load up. A great experience all round.

Swift service and a very pleasant store member

Diz had all the time in world explaining and comparing different tv's and soundbars, no pressure, no hard sell ( I would of walked if so ) excellent customer service .

When visiting the store there were only 2 fridges on display so my choice was limited and had to settle for the displayed model to purchase. I was expecting one from storage. The assistant was very helpful and the delivery went well

Excellent service very friendly

The sales assistant, Ruhair, was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to match our requirements regarding the appearance and performance of the appliances.

Excellent service in showroom followed by easy ordering process on line.

Got to admit the Gentleman who served us was very helpful and polite didn’t rush us let us take our time.

Andrew was extremely helpful and patient with us two old people making the purchases!!

Mum wanted a replacement fridge. Her old fridge with the little freezer box inside the fridge wasn’t working properly. We went to the shop and couldn’t find a suitable replacement. The young man in the store was most helpful and spotted a suitable one on line. Two days later the old one has gone and a gleaming new fridge/freezer is in its place. Mum is delighted but not enough to get access to the Internet, yet.
