Currys - Preston Capitol Arvostelua 

This was our second major purchase from Currys in recent times, and the staff proved to be knowledgeable and very helpful. I would add that this is a big improvement from our historical experience with the company from years ago. You're much more efficient and professional nowadays. Thank you.

Currys is always the first stop when it comes to anything electrical for the home. The staff are polite, friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products, if someone is new to the store then they are not afraid to go and ask for assistance/further info on the product. Very prompt delivery, Delivery men again were friendly, polite and installed my Tumble Dryer with ease.

Absolutely bloody brilliant 👍so not only did I find the ‘premium’ edition of an Xbox game I’ve been after at curry’s, it was only £15! I’ve never seen it cheaper anywhere else so big kudos to them💪
Also I could go pick it up instore at 7.30pm now I can’t say fairer than that! Late closing hours means I can go in my own time so well done curry’s……would definitely use again🎯

Very disappointed with the service

I ordered a product online from Currys and was given 5 October as my collection date. However, I still haven’t received any update regarding my order or when I can collect it.

I have contacted the help centre several times, and every time I’m told to wait another 48 hours for an update. I have now been waiting for the last three days, but there has been no proper response or resolution.

It’s extremely frustrating to keep contacting customer service and be told to wait without receiving any useful information. I expected much better communication and service from Currys.

I hope someone can look into this issue and provide a clear update on my order as soon as possible.

The guy who picked the washer up after the massive flood was brilliant. He told me that the curry’s installer had not fixed the waste pipe causing all the waste water to pump out. He also pointed out all the water damage which I had not noticed. He would have fitted it properly but I had lost all my confidence and he took it away.

Knowledgeable staff - sorry didnt get her name but her badge said "Management Team" so fairly high up. She sorted my order as it was out of stock and I was told it would likely be 3-5 working days (this was Sunday just gone). Yesterday (Monday) I got notification my item was in and ready for collection.

Item arrived at store on time. Was quickly seen to, and only waited a couple of minutes while the item was brought from the back of the store.

Their return policy is rubbish what ever do don’t open the box to test the product because one opened there is no way they will accept it even if you want to exchange so rather disappointed with tgrm

I went into the store to look at the TV I had seen on line. I was told there wasn't any to look at and I had to order on line. I went home and ordered click and collect. 20 minutes later I was informed it was ready for collection, which meant it must have been in store. Why wasn't I able to order there and wait as I have done with other goods. Poor service and no assistance from the member of the team.
