Currys - Portsmouth Arvostelua 

Very helpful staff when looking to purchase a digital photo frame. The chap explained how they work and made a recommendation based on my needs. We are delighted with the frame too.

I purchased a small piece of electronics from Currys. It failed and I went to Currys in Portsmouth to return it. I was kept waiting for half an hour while the disguisting staff did nothing to attend to me or others waiting. I asked to see the manager but he never came. I will never never never purchase anything from Currys again.

I needed a lightweight vacuum cleaner. The young lady showed me a Dyson which was just what I wanted an d she let me try it out..I bought it and took out an insurance on it. I am very pleased.

Brought a printer from store in Portsmouth. Due to tills playing up they took payment twice, this is after being reassured it wouldn't happen. Waited 24hrs while the money sat in pending for it to then leave my account. No one answers the phones, AI Assistant hasn't got a clue and you can't contact the store direct.
So now I have to use my fuel and time to go back to the store, wait for someone (never enough staff) who "might" be able to help 😡 no impressed!

So, got a reply on here, but can't deal with my problem!? I will never shop at store again.

Your 'customer Service' dept., is "Apalling!"... apart from a woman named 'Yasmin' in Portsmouth (Ocean Park, Currys). Having bought a 'Chromebook' I was to have this 'set-up' by the customer service team on Monday, 24th August 2026. As I arrived I was politely directed to the 'customer services desk'. I was approached by a 'small Indian guy' who Unpacked my 'chromebook' and plugged it in to 'Charge-up' the unit. He went away, came back 15 mins later informing me that it would take another 12 mins. He then left me, "Ignored Me!" for 1 hour & 20 mins, not even interested in my situation. After 1 hour & 30 mins, I left with my info to have a coffee & 'calm' myself over this 'person's' ignorance. I then came back to the curry's customer service desk where a person by the name of: "Yasmin" took Charge of my conundrum. She was 'Polite, listened' and we then got to 'set-up' my new 'Chromebook'.... As for the small Indian guy, who continued to "IGNORE ME" on my return, He Desperatly needs to attend many "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Courses to enable him to treat people "RIGHT!". I was NOT HAPPY!... having to spend half a day in Curry's!

Great customers service

I bought a cheap and cheerful printer that was sold to me as being just what I needed, absolute rubbish printed once then stopped.i took it back and complained, it was exchanged with apologies. Exactly the same problem which resulted in a refund. The staff were very understanding but my feelings were they knew this was a poor bit of kit. Curry’s need to up their game and not stock or sell such a poor product.

Khondkar was a knowledgeable assistant who understood what we were looking for & recommend a suitable product for us.

Helped me choose the best tablet for me and explained things so that I understood

Staff in store were great. Ordered exactly what I needed. Arranged for delivery of new appliance and recycling of the old one. Delivered to my 2nd floor flat with no drama too. What more could I ask for!
