Currys - Poole Arvostelua 

It was difficult situation which was made easy by a very helpful and proactive sales assistant who like to be know by the name Harri (Harriette). thank you for helping sort the issues we had out.

I ordered the Vax LiftOut Vacuum Cleaner on Friday
late at night and it was delivered on Sunday to my
front door to my complete surprise!

We did click and collect. It worked perfectly and took opportunity to browse TVs whilst in store.

No stock in store at Poole..so the sales assistant ordered our products on line for collection at store. Received a call to say our order was in store..then when we collected one piece was missing. I looked on line and it said 'collected'. Still have not received our second item

We bought 2 Asus computers, and also paid for both to be setup for us to use our database, costing £70 each. When i arrived with our old computer, that had our database on it, i was told they couldn't do both. after a few words they started working on it (after salesman who sold them ariived) After few hours, i was told that we were up and running. Returned to our office (45mins away) set up computers and found they were not working correct. Boxed them up and returned to shop that evening. I was told that we needed to upgrade our windows 365 to businessm costing £124.99. This i did there and then. Jamie told me that he had done everything that we wanted and if it didn't work, we needed to contact Asus. We are almost a week down the line and still unable to access our data unless our old computer is running. We are a charity and can't afford to keep paying out. I feel that we have been misled and let down. We are still in need of help from someone. I will never recommend anyone to Curry's for computers!!

I've waited over two weeks for a reply from Currys regarding my complaint. Finally today I received a reply, by post, asking for the information I have already provided and providing me with no email address or postal address or phone number to send the information to?

Will somone from Currys please take some ownership and resolve this nightmare.

The guy that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable, as was the guy that did the money side and helped us to the car with our purchase 😀 brilliant service as always

I purchased a coffee machine from the Poole store on Sat 3 Oct. It was an ex display product.
When they boxed it up they removed the instructions and milk pipe from the box and didn’t replace it. A simple error however when I called the help line number they said the could not give me the phone number of the store and I would have to drive back to the store. I do not live in Poole so would need to drive 100 miles to speak to someone. All I wanted to do was call the store to see if they could post the missing item to me.
This is not a reflection of the Poole store more the overall customer service department ( or lack of)

Did click and collect, product was ready to collect. Staff were not polite, in fact looked like they did not enjoy their job.

Staff extremely Helpful

Recently bought a washing machine. I use a wheelchair, and a member of staff came up to me to ask if I needed help. At the time I didn't, but I later asked her to process our choice of machine. She was very efficient and very pleasant. Delivery was totally as expected

We recently had to send our combi micro back as it had failed,
The care & repair service sent an E gift card for £220.00 but our tech was £399.00 we raised this as a concern ,
We then recieved a further & £180.00 e gift card ,
Went to the store & purchased a new combi oven without any fuss great staff great service well done Curry's .
