Cue Craft Limited Arvostelua 582

I really like cue craft and I think the staff are great. Although my new cue I received was not finished as well as my last one i brought from cue craft. The grain seems to be sunken in so it makes the cue feel rough, it doesn't feel as smooth as I was expecting the weight and size are perfect but the only thing letting it down for me is the finish.

Ordered my first custom made cue from Cue Craft and having played with it for the first time over the weekend, I can honestly say I’m amazed at the quality of the work that has gone into producing my cue. The time between placing my order to receiving the cue was roughly 5 weeks. The only negative I would say would be for Cue Craft to update their customers a little bit more regarding the stages of the cue making process. All in all, I am thoroughly pleased with my order and would jump at the chance to use these guys again.

I've had work done on a cue with them which we've documented on our site SnookerZone.co.uk but there work is top-notch and the customer service is always helpful. Even when they make a mistake, they rectify it straight away and don't mumble or groan about it.

I ordered a long extension from them and it was all smooth delivery! This is one of the best companies for snooker products.

My order of a new cue and a cue case went smoothly. Customer service was very helpful and contacted me when I chose wrong type of cue case. My order was delivered faster than expected (5 weeks). Cue arrived in flawless condition. It clearly is a good inexpensive cue (C23) as they advertise it. The cue is straight and well balanced with quality tip. Thus it plays excellent. I can strongly recommend Cuecraft to everyone.

It's a great cue for the price and i enjoy playing English pool with it,better quality than i expected and I am so happy for the choice i made.

Dear Cuecraft Team,
The Product is good the delivery not so.
The most important thing are the enormous toll taxis that were not mention by the purchasing. Nearly 40€ for 80€ product cost is a lot.
I kwon this is caused by the Brexit, but I thing you should warn your costumer and not leave it done by the delivery company.
Due to this ist the delivery was longer that aspected.

It takes time to craft a beautiful cue and this was well worth the wait! A truly delightful piece of craftsmanship - smooth + silky shaft, subtle yet even grain, delightfully well weighted and a good solid feeling overall.

Delivered in extremely secure and safe packaging in a timely manner.

Had to wait for a bit for the cue, but was definitely worth it. Great cue, thank you.

The cue case is not worth the money. Disappointed.
