Excellent customer service experience
The customer service experience was excellent. Prompt call back after initial enquiry and Harry L, the representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things clearly and was happy to hold a booking for us overnight. He then accommodated us changing dates and again was patient while we made our decision to go ahead and book our cruise. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant.

Excellent service as always
Andy our travel manager was marvellous booking this stay and cruise. Answering all our queries and getting us the best deal he could get on hotel rooms for our family. We ended up booking 3 extra cabins with him because we were so happy with our deal that the family all wished to join us on this holiday 3 nights Sydney stay plus 11 nights East coast Australia cruise on Celebrity Edge

I asked for a callback to book a cruise and, although I didn't specify a time, the call was received in a timely manner. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about the booking I wanted to make and the items that I would liek that were different to normal. The process was very easy

Excellent customer service from Andy. We had a cruise booked and with sudden health issues we felt the need to cancel. We were offered to transfer our deposit to another cruise at a later date thus avoiding a loss. Andy very kindly talked us through and helped us make changes. Very impressed with the great customer service provided.
