Amazing fragrances and excellent customer service 10/10 Nothing is too much !Thank you!

My husband, my son and I wear different Creed fragrances and we love them all. I have four different fragrances but Queen of Silk is the one that always is admired by other people, which is a lovely feeling to be complimented on it.
I had a small issue recently with an order (which always arrives beautifully packaged), which was resolved immediately by the customer service team, who were very generous and extremely kind.
I have nothing but praise for this company who have never let us down.
Thank you.

I have placed two orders with this place from Canada (for someone else who likes this line). Both times there was zero response once they charged my card. The second item I was away from home and had pre arranged for someone to pick up as I instructed, since I had already spoken to customer service about communicating with me around shipment and delivery dates since they hadn’t the first go-round. I called after a week and was informed the package had been delivered, and it sat in front of my empty house for days. Will never purchase this overpriced nonsense again. Abysmal service and mediocre product.

My wife and I have been using creed for 10 plus years. A recent bottle from duty free smells wrong. When I contacted customer service and explained this asking what next steps were as returning it wasn’t an option there email back was to contact duty free. When I have dealt with other “luxury” brands they don’t care where you bought it they want to fix it and give you the luxury experience. They also care about the brand and its reputation. The customer service i received was none of this and quite honestly like other reviews why would I bother now keep buying such an expensive bottle when there are plenty of replica smells at a fraction of the cost.

You would think they would want to make sure there wasn’t a bad batch or something rather than being so dismissive with a email fobbing you off.
I always believed the service would come with it. Clearly not.
When I replied with my thoughts do you think I even got a reply? Nope.

Disappointed and will find new fragrances in a saturated market !
Amazing what a poor interaction can do for a company.

Ps don’t bother reaching out it’s so fake after you’ve already been given the opportunity

Two weeks ago when creed replied I sent an email as requested on here as a test
No surprise they haven’t replied
These trust pilot responses are shallow and fake. It’s that bad copy and paste job they referenced Aventus which I didn’t, and wasn’t the fragrance in question 🤔
Bought better fragrances at Louis Vuitton since. They will exchange products no matter where you have bought them no questions asked

Vorsicht beim Kauf!
Ich habe über eine Google-Anzeige gezielt nach 'Wild Vetiver' gesucht, wurde aber durch eine fehlerhafte Verlinkung seitens Creed auf das Produkt 'Original Vetiver' geleitet. Trotz dieses eindeutigen Fehlers im Kampagnenmanagement des Shops zeigt sich der Kundensupport (Kayleigh) absolut unkulant und weigert sich, ein Rücksendelabel auszustellen.

Zudem wird auf der deutschen Website (.de-Domain) suggeriert, es handele sich um einen inländischen Versand. Erst nach dem Kauf erfährt man, dass Retouren auf eigene Kosten in ein Logistikzentrum nach Polen geschickt werden müssen. Für eine angebliche Luxusmarke ist dieser Service und die mangelnde Transparenz bezüglich der Rücksendekosten absolut enttäuschend. Ich musste den Fall nun über den Klarna-Käuferschutz klären. Keine Empfehlung!

My Gents creed aventus 100 ml bottle top ( the whole part that should be impossibe to come off) came away in my hand, resulting in the bottle landing on my carpet. Lost about 70% of the bottle.

Emailed Creed, got the ususal email where was it brought, to contact the retailer directly.

Explained in 2nd email that it was a 50th birthday present ( was Nov 25). Had no way of getting the receipt as it was a gift.

Sent photo of isssue and product, explained I had the serial and batch number. The member of staff said, if you do not have the proof of purchase. We can't help you, I explained again what had happened and it was gift.

She was not interested, I asked to speak to someone else, I informed her I would contact trading standards, i thought the bottle was just over £200, it is actually £310, if this is the poorly made and manufactored product, then clearly it is not fit for propose or worth the extremly expensive price.

I reached out again to Creed, was informed that again someone woukd contact me.

Absolutly shocking customer service, for a brand that promotes itself as high end and luxury.

I asked for a replacement or for them to refill my bottle, customer service agent refuses to help with my issue.

Creed, in a number of its incarnations has always been a favourite of mine and have been using their products for many years. For the first time i encountered a problem with one of their products that i had purchased some time back .... The atomiser with 10ml refills that i only use on international travel, so the 3-refill pack has lasted me more than a year ..... the cologne as always was up to what i had come to expect, but when i tried to use the refill bottles, they would not open and so couldn't be used.

I simply wrote to Creed asking for 2 replacements for the faulty empty bottles but was delighted to receive a response not replacing the bottles but sending me across a complete replacement kit ... far more than anticipated but testimony to the customer care afforded by creed!!! Thanks to all .. especially Alona who made this an easy and simple experience ... i have no issues in recommending them on all levels as a company who DO care for their customers which is why i, and i am sure others come back to them, time and time again.

Incredibly disappointing returns policy. Seller does not provide a returns portal but you have to write the customer support in order to register a return. Said customer support is obviously instructed to stall. I had to remind them several times to register my return. Creed uses an external logistics provider in Poland, so it cost me 17,49€ to send the package there. Plus I am not yet convinced that everything will work out as DHL initially told me the given returns adress does not seem to exist. Well fingers crossed.... but extremely unpleasant experience so far, especially considering the price segment of creed products.

I forgot to claim my 10% discount and emailed customer service within 48hours a refund was issued. The new fragrance was perfect..highly recommend Creed. As they say You get what you pay for.

I’ve had 2 bottles of Aventus. Both leaked when travelling one so much I lost 90% of the contents. I bought the second bottle at Heathrow Duty Free. When I asked what to do I was told that I had to return it to the shop… therefore I have to book a flight !!!! What a waste of money and the head office service is appalling. There is a manufacturing fault . Keep your bottle upright people !!!

From Creed customer services to the wonderful packaging on delivery is excellent and of course what makes Creed so special is the magnificent perfume and colognes which never fail to amaze.

I would like to leave a positive review for Creed and especially thank Tracey and Anastasija for their help and support.

I initially had an issue with a discount coupon, as it could only be applied to fragrances from the discovery set. However, the sample I truly fell in love with was a complimentary sample that came as a gift with the set. I was quite surprised to learn that the coupon could not be used for this fragrance.

That said, the support team handled the situation wonderfully. They listened carefully and offered a fair compromise solution, which I really appreciated. Thanks to their help, I can now fully enjoy this beautiful fragrance.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alona and the Creed customer service team, and they truly set the standard of excellence from start to finish, they consistently demonstrate that the customer's needs come first . Every interaction is handled with Professionalism, care and genuine attention to detail. They listen, understand and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction !!!

Ich bin sprachlos, ich habe einen „Wertgutschein“ zum Verschenken von der direkten Plattform Creed bezogen, als Neukunde erhält man 10% Rabatt! So weit so gut!
Rein rechtlich ist ein Rabatt-Code nicht mit einem Wertgutschein gleichzusetzen!
Das eine ist ein preislicher Rabatt und das andere ein aufgeladenes Zahlungsmittel!

Nach mehrfachen Kontakt zum Support wurde mir nun „freundlich“ vermittelt, das man nur einen Code verwenden darf!
Also ohne Wertgutschein, hätte ich jetzt 10% Rabatt erhalten …
Das muss man sich mal auf der Zunge zergehen lassen!
Der Support ist erschreckend schlecht, der Chat wurde öfters unterbrochen, man bekam immer wieder einen neuen Mitarbeiter zugetragen, diesem musste man erneut alles erklären!

Ich habe mehrere Produkte bei diesen Firma bezogen, für solch ein Preis-Segement, war es das letzte Mal, das ich bei diesem Herstellen Parfum beziehe!

Jetzt mal schauen ob ich überhaupt die Bestellung erhalte

Einfach nur unterirdisch

Titel: 400 € bezahlt – personalisierte Bestellung verloren, falsch geliefert, Zusagen nicht eingehalten

Ich habe bei Creed Fragrances ein Parfüm im Wert von rund 400 € inklusive kostenpflichtiger Gravur (Initialien) bestellt.

Was danach folgte, ist für eine angebliche Luxusmarke schlicht inakzeptabel:
• Die personalisierte Originalsendung wurde als „verloren gegangen“ bestätigt.
• Ich habe fast einen Monat auf eine Lösung gewartet.
• Mir wurde eine Entschädigung zugesagt, die nicht eingehalten wurde.
• Die Ersatzlieferung kam ohne Gravur – also nicht wie bestellt und bezahlt.
• Mehrfaches Nachhaken war nötig, Verantwortung wurde hin- und hergeschoben.

Fazit:
Ich habe für eine personalisierte Ware bezahlt und ein Standardprodukt ohne Personalisierung erhalten. Das ist keine Kleinigkeit, sondern eine nicht vertragsgemäße Leistung. Der gesamte Ablauf war geprägt von Verzögerungen, Fehlkommunikation und nicht eingehaltenen Zusagen.

Für eine Marke im Luxussegment ist dieser Service beschämend.
Mein Vertrauen ist durch diesen Vorfall vollständig zerstört.
Ich werde keine weiteren Bestellungen bei Creed tätigen und kann diese Marke in keiner Weise empfehlen.

Very considerate and friendly to me

For such a prestigious, premium brand, I expected so much more of their terms and customer "service".

For context, we have been very brand loyal, and over the years have introduced members of the family to Creed.

Every Christmas, my husband and I are very generously gifted a bottle of Creed fragrance each, which to date we have both been delighted with.

Sadly this year I received Wind Flowers which is a fragrance I do not like.

As it was purchased in October, Creed are refusing to swap it for a fragrance that I would enjoy wearing. The product is still sealed, in it's original packaging/gift box and we have the receipt available (all of which has been conveyed to Customer Service).

Creed are refusing to swap the product and as such, punishing customers who purchase in advance for Christmas; there is NO GOOD WILL.

My father-in-law has offered to buy me a replacement bottle of Creed, however I do not want any more Creed bought, given this disappointing experience which could so easily (and with no cost implication to Creed) have been rectified.

For the sake of not swapping a bottle of fragrance Creed has cost themselves much custom.

I had a great experience with The House of Creed. The customer care team was extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout our communication. As a gesture of goodwill, they kindly arranged an Aventus sample for me so I could experience the fragrance before committing to a full bottle, which I really appreciated.

The process was smooth, personal, and reflected the high standards Creed is known for. Truly excellent service from start to finish.

Helpful customer support, does take a while to get an email back sometimes but that’s probably because they’re busy! Very helpful
