Nice products, extremely poor packaging
The products themselves are really nice, but the way they pack porcelain items is unbelievable — there’s no protection at all. You can expect to receive broken pieces instead of an intact object. I received my order with two broken items. I wrote to them, and they instantly sent replacements. However, those arrived broken as well, simply because they don’t protect the porcelain items during shipping.

Con la presente desideriamo segnalare un grave problema relativo alla nostra recente fornitura effettuata tramite il vostro sito Creative-Cables.com.
Abbiamo acquistato 5 lampade a batteria modello CABLESS01-NATNAT per un importo totale di 108.196,70 HUF, fatturate a:

Tutte le lampade ricevute risultano difettose, poiché non funzionano nonostante l’uso di lampadine idonee (inferiori a 4W, testate in più varianti) e una ricarica completa delle batterie.
Fino ad oggi abbiamo avuto esperienze molto positive con la vostra azienda e non comprendiamo cosa sia potuto accadere.
Tuttavia, in base alla Direttiva 1999/44/CE e alla Direttiva 2011/83/UE (recepite nella normativa italiana), il consumatore ha diritto a ricevere beni conformi al contratto. In caso di prodotti difettosi, l’acquirente può richiedere la sostituzione o il rimborso integrale senza oneri aggiuntivi.
Vi chiediamo pertanto, con cortese ma ferma richiesta, di procedere entro 14 giorni di calendario al rimborso dell’intero importo versato. Siamo disponibili a restituire la merce e a fornire fotografie o video che attestino il difetto.
In caso di mancato riscontro, saremo costretti a procedere secondo le vie legali e a segnalare il caso alle autorità competenti per la tutela dei consumatori, sia in Italia che in ambito UE.
Attendiamo una vostra conferma scritta con le modalità di rimborso entro 7 giorni lavorativi.

have shopped before. Products are good. Purchase process is good. Delivery times are also good. Prices and shipping costs are just a little to spicy, even taking into account the general good quality of the products. That is why it is 4 and not 5 stars.
