Products aren't shipped from the UK so there is a longer delivery window than you might expect. Nevertheless, updates are consistent throughout the process and having made several orders, I've always received them within 2 weeks. Goods are very well packaged and a reliable courier used once landed in this country.

Long and mixed delivery periods, look elsewhere in UK
I ordered two lampshades on 29th March and am yet to receive the items. I appreciate the items are shipped from Italy however delivery seems to be painful. Also would advise the company to switch from FedEx as they unfortunately let this company down with unreliable delivery scheduling. Twice they have advised the items are out for delivery and both times they have failed to do so - still awaiting delivery 10 days after order confirmation for lampshades. Not good.

Great lights, quick delivery
We like the lighting we received - when we asked about a discount on our order we were told just to check the website regularly. The lights we wanted weren’t ever discounted so we placed the order. We paid full price which is frustrating as soon after there was a flash sale.
For the next order our timing was better and we got the sale price. The quality of the fittings is great - but what we really like is the bulbs (porcelain finish) which look so lovely and the clarity of light they provide. Really happy with the service and quick delivery.

Very disapointed.
VERY disappointed.
The website quotes 2-3 days delivery, but 1 week later and our delivery hasn't arrived.
There was no communication that it would be delayed, which means we will leave for a photoshoot in France without the lighting for our project.
I would not recommend, and won't be ordering again.

A decent product but the cable was packed poorly and is twisted and no matter the tension it remains twisted and looks bad. Disappointed in how the installation looks.
