Copenhagen Airports Arvostelua 

Over a 2 hour security line.
Docks closed, with people just sitting inside.
I do alot of business in copenhagen but this has put me off coming, i think ill try to fly into sweden and take the train to copenhagen as the airport here is very very slow.

Nu må i tage jer sammen, andre lufthavne fungere, der er altid problemer i Danmark, se nu for helv, at tage jer sammen, med den god3 løn i får, så kan i sku ikke tillade jer at nedlægge arbejdet, i har det for godt. Der over på djævel øen.

Venho por este meio apresentar uma crítica, a este aeroporto de Copenhaga que em 2014 era considerado por mim bastante razoável, agora com estas mudanças e staff entre outros, acho que ficou horrível e serviço péssimo, considero um dos piores aeroportos na Europa, nada funciona e tudo mal organizado, é pena ter ficado neste estado deplorável, não aconselho este aeroporto a ninguém, péssimo em tudo...

Båsene ALT for smalle - en kedelig oplevelse

Endnu engang evnede AVIATOR ikke at levere vores bagage på båndet indenfor 60 min. Vi ventede 95 min på vores kuffeter, hvilket desværre var oplevelsen for samtlige af de med-passagerer som i går ankom fra Rhodos med Sunclass. Kastrup Lufthavn har udviklet sig til en amatørartig face, når der skal leveres bagage. Jeg vil klart anbefale at rejse med gate bag, hvis det er en mulighed. Jøsses det er ringe.

Det er meget besværligt og lang ventetid på Odd size bagage. Vi var nødt til at have autostol med. Det er ikke gennemtænkt ift. småbørnsfamilier. Hvis du en børnefamilie, så prøv og lad vær at bruge Odd size. Herudover kom vores øvrige bagage slet ikke på skærmen.

CPH know how many passengers are arriving on flights. To have 1 Border Security agent to process ~200 people is unacceptable It took almost 85 mins to get thru the passport check arriving and just as the queue got down to around 20-30 people another 6 agents arrived to process. Sh1t planning from CPH. Stagger shift starting times or lunch breaks to cope with the influx of passengers.
Departing was just as bad. Arrive 3 hours before flight departure but only announce which gate 60 mins before flight resulting in another massive queue at the Border Control resulting in people getting anxious about missing their flights. As much as the CPH staff managing the queues said to "not stress" its not them potentially not getting home. We were only going to Edinburgh but there was people going home to San Francisco and Toronto who were panicking as the airport info said the gate was closing and they were still in the BC queue.

CPH knew about these new EU controls months in advance and it looks like its not been planned out properly to ensure no one misses their flights.
Great way to end my first trip to Denmark. NOT

Som sædvanligt tog det igen næsten længere at få sin kuffert end selve flyveturen fra Stockholm. Hvad er det der er galt i den lufthavn???

This airport is mind-blowingly terrible. We arrived 4 hours before our flight and still almost missed it. American Airlines didn’t open the check in luggage process until 12:20. There were no signs, no details provided. Then we went thru security (that was quick and seamless). Then we got to passport control. Super crazy. Waited hours. It was so backed up that they continuously just had to bring in the people getting on departing flights. Calling for Boston, LA, etc. No time for shopping or eating. Haven’t even made it to gate yet….I do know I’d rather take a train to anywhere else and fly out there!

Dirty, with basically no seating areas. poor choice of shops/restaurants. Staff is rude.

Skandinaviens bedste lufthavn.
Lufthavnen er rigtig god og jeg oplever næsten altid at det går helt smooth
Loungerne i lufthavnen er også rigtig gode👌

Security var vanvittigt penible.
Jeg havde min trofaste 3 år gamle powerbank med i rygsækken som altid.
Den skulle jeg så finde kvitteringen på, så de kunne se størrelsen.
Det er jo umuligt.
De var bange for den brød i brand!
Den har jeg haft i 3 år, den har fløjet 25 gange mindst uden problemer.
Jahhhh, vi skal genbruge, være grønne osv... men nu skulle den så smides ud, og jeg må købe en ny.
Jeg kunne ikke engang hente den på hjemrejsen, for sæt nu den brød i brand!
Fremover rejser jeg da bestemt fra ALT andet end København.

Passport control in and out and to get to lounge may 2026 are a nightmare for non EU citizens. Lines are hundreds deep and very few windows. Chaotic and frustrating and slow. No place to sit. No information. On wait time. sAs is no help in helping their own passengers. Get it together. Over a hour each way. Big failure. Beware passing thru. Not worth it. Poor planning by airport, boarder police and SAS. Never again flying SAS or using CPH.

En ellers virkelig fin lufthavn. Tingene fungerer egentlig meget godt. Jeg havde dog personlig en dårlig oplevelse kl. 6.45 i security nr. 8 med ham som skulle scanne os eller hvad det nu er. Han var super ubehagelig og råbte af en, hvis ikke man hørte hvad han sagde første gang. Synes attituden i hele lufthavnen fra personalet gerne må forbedres!

I couldn't believe that an airport like that exists in Europe! So dirty!!! They were no sings for the lounge. I had to ask 3 people to find it. I was lucky that they were kind! The security personnel were rude! It is a pity, because the city worths our attention,but with such an airport...I will have to think about it a lot, before coming again!

My experience is solely based on the check in baggage component of Coprnhagrn Airport. There were many staff chatting to each other and most staff appeared not see 4 grown adults looking lost, except a young women named Kathleen. She was immediately helpful, showing us how to get started, print our bagage tickets and then she put them labels on our bags. Kathleen then directed us where to go to next. This was on Sunday 17 May at 08:45. Many thanks to Kathleen and her wonderful customer service.

Helt igennem en ringe oplevelse i Københavns Lufthavn. Gigantiske køer, alt for lidt personale. Vi kom 2,5 time før afgang og nåede flyet i sidste øjeblik, og det samme var gældende ved hjemrejse. Ingen information om bagage, og i skrivende øjeblik er det en time siden, vi er landet. Gennemført ringe og uprofessionelt.

Only a short time ago Copenhagen airport was about the simplest and most efficient airport to arrive at and transit through. Since Biometric changes it has become unbearably slow, regularly taking me an hour from touch down to clearing immigration. Departing can, at times, take an hour to pass through Immigration control. To further compound, the rail link to Oresund trains has been relocated further from the terminal, adding more time. I had hoped this was a transitional hiccup. No longer a smooth, easy airport, a shame.

The worst airport in the world. Slow as always. Been this way for years but the Danes are not clever enough to fix it.
