İ had a problem with login. And i sent a mail, in a short while i got a quick reply and i was able to login back.
Honestly, during my entrepreneurship years i was sending mails lots of companies about my ideas and just a few replied me. İt was Daimler-Mercedes, with appreciating my effort and thanking me. After that time i always cared the communication-response time with people and companies.

Under no circumstances should you become a customer there! This place is the epitome of incompetence! No one there can even read a letter! Stay away! It’s impossible to be any less professional than Cosmo Payment!

THAT`S what i say: They can´t read a letter! It's so crazy! Even now, they still haven't gotten it. At some point, you just have to get aggressive because they're so incredibly stubborn.

By the way: The money was only returned after a lawyer warning and the matter was reported to the relevant banking regulator. Just a tip for those who are still waiting for their money.

I opened an account, transferred money into it, I couldn't get the money. I was confused all South African Banks use SWIFT codes and not IBAN numbers. The SWIFT codes contain letters, but Cosmopayment App only accepts numbers. I logged a service request. I got automated responses telling me a consultant will get back to me, they did and it seems my problem was a lot less complicated than I thought. With their assistance I am all smiles again.

I’ve had an account with them for many years and they have never disappointed me. They’ve always helped me resolve certain situations as quickly as possible. Professional, I highly recommend them!

La plataforma abusa, cobran comision y adicionalmente no te pagan lo que vale el dolar, te lo dejan muchisimo mas barato casi 400-500 COP; puede que el cambio no sea mucho pero igual no es justo. basicamente acabas recibiendo casi la mitad de lo que tengas. No vale la pena para nada

Solved very fast

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience with Cosmo Payment.

I requested a Visa card through your platform, and the fee was successfully charged from my account. However, I have never received the card. When I contacted your support team, I was informed that the card shipment cannot be tracked, and there have been no updates provided, including any tracking number.

This situation is extremely concerning. I have already waited for more than one month, yet there has been no resolution. I have also requested a refund of the card fee back to my account, but until now, no refund has been processed.

This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this issue and a full refund as soon as possible.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.
